You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

So get sure of checking the price before paying in the reception.... As well there were a few locals living there speaking really loud at night which annoyed me as I wanted to sleep

Australiait’s the base for ladies of the night so don’t be surprised or offended. I was not woken throughout the night . Breakfast is minimal consists toast and an omelette. not worth ordering.
central location on Jl Legian but down a driveway so no noise. I paid for a more costly room and it was excellent - bigger and more modern. has a lovely large pool

Australia1-The cleanliness of the bathroom. 2-TV not having international channels. 3-Breakfast Quality was lousy. 4-Internet connection was weak.
1-TV was not working properly. No international Channels. Alla the channels were in Indonesian Bahasa. 2-The light at the Balcony was permanently on which was uncomfortable. At the first night that staff member switched off the balcony light to the all rooms. The second night when I asked the staff members to do the same he was reluctant to do it but I insisted so he had to bring a stick and the take the bulb off but his body language was not friendly. 3- Breakfast was average really not suitable in terms of quality. 4-Bathroom Shower and Cabinet had soap residue and no Shampoo was supplied. Cleaning could be much better.

The staff were great. Met our expectations. Close to all the action. Breakfast was really basic but we weren't there for breakfast. Partied most nights so slept thru anyway.
