If you travel with kids or don’t like when it’s too noisy at night, probably search for another location, because it’s very close to mexicola bar. But for me it was ok, because after all day under the sun I could fall asleep even with that music. Another thing that we noticed - the pressure of the water was too low, difficult to clean your body and long hair with such pressure.

We like Location, very close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was nice, it’s a buffet.

We had some stains on our sheets as-well as on a towel one day. The toilet drains smelt quite bad of sewage. The floor was really slippy because of the tiles - although they did supply slippers.

The food quality for breakfast, very old TV, iron, even room phone is so outdated and isn’t clear to hear when you talk to reception.

If your flight reach on night, I suggest don't stay here because is very jam and stuck in the road. We are stuck about 1 hours on the road for only 200 meter to reach the hotel. Because beside the hotel is night pub, all the taxi wait for customer, that why stuck the small road.

It’s noisy on one side close by to restaurant/ nite club Mexicola. The rooms on that side should probably be half price. Wifi is slow.

Great Location although I would not want to be on the Mexicola side as it’s really noisy until 2am. Great little hotel with a boutique feel, nice pool, large rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is above average as are the beds. Recommended!

The facilities a little bit old. Room a little bit dirty (hair on the floor everywhere). The elevator need a clean up. Water in bathroom somehow a bit salty.

The location is perfect if you want to go around nearby beach in seminyak. We slept in the new room at the new floor. The bed were big.

Bathroom definitely needs some upgrades. I know what I had paid so I got by but things are definitely smelly and rusty to the point where you just want to get things done as quickly as possible and get the h out of there.

Great location. Perfect to stroll around dome main streets for shopping and eateries. Staffs are helpful and very kind. The pool is pretty to look. I was actually surprised with the quality of breakfast as the reviews said it wasn’t much. I found it quite reasonable for price. I wonder if they improved after many feedback. Bed was also comfy and clean.

We were given a room that looked out over Mexicola. Did not sleep the whole night - very loud music and then loud people in the street all night. The staff at reception was very kind when we asked to move after our first night and the next room was quiet, but if a room is that poorly soundproofed it’s unacceptable to have guests in there without fair warning.
