The shuttle.

We stayed there for only 1 stop over.We loved the room, was excellent, the food was so delicious, and the staff were so helpful, the staff took wheelchair when my mother visited and happily helped and also the reception even took his time to recommended some rest in yogya and our taxi in the morning. the shuttle was a bit complicated. we didn't know where is the meeting point , it was quite walk to get there with our luggage and tiredness from 17 h flight.

Cleanliness of pool toilets.

We had a 12 hour layover in Jakarta and the hotel was very close to the airport but without feeling like an airport hotel. We got an early check in as was only staying for the day. The staff were very helpful and the Indonesian food at the restaurant was very good.

I was expecting to get one last traditional Balinese massage there which I didn't get

Perfect place to spend a day after travelling a lot before you start exploring Indonesia or as we did - a day before flying back home after spending two weeks into the wild.

This hotel is something special. The staff is smiling all day and Alfred is one example of them. The female chef and her team bring out delicious plates all day long. The hotel assistant manager is only 24 but very reliable and caring. It’s close by the airport with a sublime shuttle service. Rooms are spacious and cleaned well

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds and a great swimming pool, and it’s also very conveniently close to the airport. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and a special mention must go to the concierge team. From patiently waiting to pick us up after a long delay at baggage claim, to carefully looking after our luggage and arranging our return shuttle, their service was outstanding. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit many different tastes and nationalities. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay near the airport.

The hotel breakfast was very rich and varied, and the staff provided excellent service with a very warm and friendly attitude. The location is also very convenient, just a 5-10 minute drive from the airport.

The dinner menu is limited, the pizza was not available and served food (nasi goreng ayam) was cold. Shuttle service starts as of 13:30 pm. You if you land in the morning you have to arrange your own transport

The rooms are renovated and look lovely. Nice place to see passing by planes.

Only thing. Doors to the room very quite heavy so could hear lots of them banging when people open/closed them.

Booked this as a transit hotel. It exceeded our expectations, staff couldn't have done more for us, they were attentive and so polite. The hotel was spotless and very clean. Food was good too.

Our room key stopped working before we checked out. This was a pain as we left our cases in the room to go to breakfast. Then couldn't access the lift or get back in our room to get the cases.

The hotel is really nice, staff very helpfull and polite. Rooms were rally comfortable and a lot of facilities! We went with our 4 years old daughter and she had a really good time at the pool also. Breakfast was nice and they have a free shuttle to pick up and drop to the airport.
