The rooms are noticeable somewhat outdated. That mostly applies to the shower and bathroom. Rooms itself are not too big but clean and excellent beds. The location is at the beginning of Sengigi but transport on Lombok is always easy.

The hotel itself is of Sheraton level. . The services like massage, restaurant, staff at the reception etc are from a very high level. All our compliments to the excellent staff. Up to the piano concert we got at breakfast. Amazing and very appreciated. Also the breakfast and the dinner facilities we really very good. The garden and swimming pool as well as the beach are excellent maintained and of high quality. In total we can say we had an excellent stay in the Sheraton and will certainly return.

Pool to Beach access was great, massages in the spa were superb, rooms were comfortable. Additionally access to outside activities like day boat trip to Gili Islands added to the experience.

The really, really large pool is fabulous. There is a slide for children, nooks where couples can lounge in semi-privacy - there is enough room for everyone. But the memory that will stay with me is lounging under a shade tree on the beach. The water is warm and with a snorkle you can swim a short distance to see coloured fish and some corals.

Great staff members, everyone is very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean - there was some renovation going on so shows that the hotel is keeping up with hotel facilities and rooms.

Cruise ship people showed up around 11 each day. Staff at restaurants and pool bar were very understaffed. Despite knowing this group was coming, they did not have enough people and service was very slow.

Breakfast was very good. Especially enjoyed the noodles and the coffee station.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the rooms/bathrooms are showing signs of wear and tear and are a little dated. However the linen is clean and rooms serviced daily. My main bugbear would be the need for the tiling/grouting in the bathrooms to be thoroughly cleaned or overhauled. This certainly didn’t detract from our experience though.

We stayed for 3 nights over New Year so didn’t venture beyond the property really other than to eat at a neighbouring restaurant on the beachside. We wanted to relax and unwind which is exactly what we did. The staff were friendly and helpful, every one of them. The rooms are large and all have good views either over the pool or garden. The rooms are well equipped but are showing some signs of wear, though I knew what to expect having read the reviews prior to our stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offering is vast, something for everyone, and is accompanied by a pianist! The gardens are very well kept and the beach is cleaned regularly several times a day. There were plenty of towels and enough sun beds except for on New Year’s Eve when the staff were preparing for the evening’s festivities. The pool is huge with plenty of room for everyone. The hotel has a small turtle breeding facility and released several babies into the sea on New Year’s Eve which was a lovely sight, particularly for the young children present. There was a good choice of food at the Glitter and Glow event on New Year’s Eve which was all held around the pool area with a live band and fireworks at midnight. All in all a great stay for us.

Location is too close to port, water is dirty. First we were given a room stinking of mold and close to the road. I would not ask for a room in building one, too noisy. Moldy room was 1210. Then I was complaining and we got upgrade to bigger room in best building #3 . Bed sheets however were stinking of human sweat it was disgusting:(((

It’s garden and pool is very nice. Also the building is very nice despite being shabby. Breakfast was good . Rooms are shabby but for as low as 87 usd/per night in the most expensive season, it is a good price value. (For this price in Gili Air we rented and awful bungalow eg.)

The food was over priced amd average at best.

The people were beautiful and very accommodating. The hotel and pool were in prime location. Had the best nights sleep the beds were amazing and soft.

we had some mosquitoes in our room and I think for such a big hotel they should have added a lift at least for the staff to make it easier to move suitcases from any floors - take care of their health and safety!

The best hotel I have stayed at. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and everything worked well, including the fast wifi. The view from the bedroom was stunning and the pools were great. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. Also a Great range of food

The room felt a bit tired. Traditional older style in need of a Reno- bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Over all still comfortable.

It has a beautiful pool area and surrounding areas. Typical grand entrance and dining areas. The staff as always are amazing and very friendly. Shout out to the piano player who had our toes tapping every morning. Loved being on the beach for sunset walks. A couple of restaurants along the beach for alternative eating.
