AustraliaThe internet was a bummer all the time had to write password. The rooms are extra noisy, not fully closed window. The shared bathroom was depressing, it was in the staff area, and had only gel. Naive of me, I thought the shared bathroom would look like the ones in the picture, nevertheless, it only had COLD water! Imagine coming from Bromo at 6 degrees full of dust and a cold shower is the only thing waiting for you. Do not make the same mistake as me, pay more for the regular room.
The hotel looks really nice, they were really kind to let change my dates, which I really appreciate. The breakfast box is abundant, more like a lunch., I was able to request vegetarian meal. They have coffee and tea all day and a water fountain. Staff is friendly.

SingaporeThe distance to the centre is a 30-minute walk. Breakfast is not great. Better have breakfast at Grain Ally at the corner. Not very well kept, may because of Covid. Rooms could have been cleaned better.
Lovely room and friendly staff. They changed the room because it smelled like someone had smoked inside, and the aircon was not working well.

United StatesVery shady/unethical place. When I was booking, I paid extra 20 Euros to get the queen size bed, but the frontdesk staff says, I won't be getting the queen bed cause it's not available. I complain and was manage to get the room I wanted. But there was interesting twist to it. We got there around 7AM and had to wait until 2PM to get into our room. when we got into the room bedsheets were wrinkled and looks like it hasn't been changed out, so I ask for new bedsheets and duvet covers. What's interesting was that that room I got in was empty since previous nights, according to the housekeeping.... which means they had room with queen bed was available at 7AM when we got there. Room was available but made us wait until 2PM (the check-in time) was really weird... The dirty and filthy pillows, duvet and the mattress... they were disgusting!!! I only took pictures of pillows but trust me, the whole duvet inside the cover, the mattress were full of yellow spots and take a look at there electric kettle!
Spacious room, decent location. The place has lot of potential, but their management really su<&s! They need to leave out extra pay to upgrade from twin bed to queen bed option from the bookking.com site!

The agreed on giving me the refund through booking. But after many many reminders and even going back to the hotel to talk to the manager they never gave my money back. Bad service and very unhygienic!

AustraliaThe bathroom cleanliness was disgusting. It took at least 10 minutes for the water in the shower to become hot. The toilet cystern, pan and hose bidet need replacing. The basin tap was loose. The white towels were gray and frayed from being so old and used, as well as bed sheets and dunner cover!!! At first night we were in the standard room #3, which was so small and stuffy. No view and feels like in the underground with no natural light. At the second night we moved to a deluxe room upstairs #12 which was more spacious and had a natural light. But it was the same terrible bathroom cleanliness and facilities. It was so hot in the midday and air conditioner was not working effectively in that room. The television were the old analog type and they had a separate set top box to get the channels. Not enough power points but hotel did provide adaptor on each room.
The location was good! Near the market, nice cafés and up-market area. There was a city forest and atm nearby. They had cheap and express laundry service based on kilograms weight, not per item. The breakfast was okay but the meal itself was more suitable for lunch or dinner instead of morning meal. They had a communal water dispenser with a free bottomless cup for tea and coffee. Nice courtyard garden, dining chair and table, which was nice to sit at in the morning coolness. Nice music in the receptionist area and the staff were nice and accomodating.
