When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was old.. like the chairs around the pool. Seems like there are a couple of different accommodation there so there were people wandering through.. not ideal.
For accomodation opposite kuta beach, with a clean and well maintained swimming pool, hot water, AC,, a tv and very helpful staff (thanks Kenzo) I don't think you will find better value in kuta. It is a hotel that has faded previous glamour e.g. there is a bar there that now has bottles completely covered in dust. But it is easy walking distance to all the glam eating and drinking.. no need for a scooter and has security guards at both gates to the beach. It felt very secure. Garden is very well maintained.

The rooms are very old and need repairs, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, the door has a piece of plywood securing the door lock after previous damage.
Staff are friendly and helpful, large swimming pool, right on the beach.

Bathroom wasn’t too clean and there were bugs coming out of the shower drain.
The staff were very nice and did everything to make the stay great, there was a pool, scooter rental available and nice patio.

A bit rough around the edges. WiFi and aircon didn’t work. Pool was dirty. Deckchairs broken.

The room was not super clean and the bathroom was neither (the shower was filthy and water was coming out very slowly). Swimming pool not really clean and beds to sunbath were broken. Outside my room people were making lots of noise also in ght night. I did not have wifi in my room.
I was sick and they brought me to the supermarket, very friendly. Water for free! :) Good wifi in the restaurant and reception.

Power kept going out overnight and Into the morning so the air con would turn off and the toilet wouldn’t refill after being flushed each AM
Good spot just out of town, pool was lovely on those hot days. Rooms are nice and spacious and good value for money!

Bar was loud the first night until 12 am, and bathroom had a few cockroaches, but that's to be expected. Would stay at this place again.
Lovely place, staff very friendly and eager to help with activities or renting a bike. Good location next to the beach with a swimming pool, right next to a bar.

It's very simple, but works. Bathroom door does not close and is a bit rusty. Bed is ok. Pool Area is ok, but could need a little clean up.
Small Hotel in front of the Kuta Beach. Restaurants are a little walk, but in total it's quiet and good for sleeping. The staff is really nice and they like to have a little chat.

I was unlucky that the bathroom was leaking a little bit, rain came in through the roof, because it was raining so heavy for several days. I also had a tricky tap. But I managed.
The staff was the best, so helpful, positive attitude and always available. The staf was 10/10.

The TV won't turn on because I have to use a set top box and the adapter I proposed was destroyed. And there is only 1 socket for charging, but when you use it you have been given an additional plug. There isn't any Toiletries, and the blanket was very thin, just a sheet.
The location is very close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
