SingaporeA perfect secluded escape surrounded by nature—ideal for a short getaway from Singapore. The spa treatments are the highlight, offering a full day of relaxation with their own natural beauty products. The friendly staff made me feel genuinely cared for. While the breakfast selection is limited and room rates are high due to exclusivity, the overall experience was truly relaxing. Would love to return!

SingaporeThere were a few mosquitos around as we ate dinner. There were mosquito coils but I wish I'd taken some spray.
Loved the bespoke room - it was really well decorated and the whole setting really made you feel like you were away from it all. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner was great and the service was really efficient. The Spa treatments were fantastic and really relaxing.

Breakfast was awesome... Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Good to have a small minimart that sells snacks and drinks. Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!

SingaporeThe location is ok, the price a bit high for what you get, but ok it is close to Singapore and there are not many boutique type of hotels on Batam.
The spa, the staff and the food is really good. For golf it was too hot, but i think that would also be nice. The balinese dinner we had was awesome, the breakfast was ok.
