The rooms need to be freshened up, and bathrooms need to be updated. The toilet didn’t work properly, and shower glass was not nice and didn't have water in the bathroom at night, so the toilet couldn't flush & we couldn't use water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager gave us a voucher for a meal or spa because of the issues we had. Was very kind.

Unfortunately we had a little hiccup on the last day... We WhatsApped the property and asked them to kindly book us a taxi for the ride back to the airport, which they did and replied very quickly. However, we found a cheaper ride and messaged the property again only an hour later (and still two hours before the taxi booking time) to cancel and they never checked their messages again, we also tried calling through Whatsapp to no response so the taxi was not cancelled and we ended with two rides. They asked us to pay cancellation fee, to which we said no because we gave them enough time to cancel the ride, and was told they were too busy so they couldn't check their messages. We don't feel this is an acceptable response as we gave more than enough time to cancel, and it is the reception's job to check messages. However the hotel payed the driver the cancellation fee, so we think it has been taken care of.

Location is fabulous, close to everything but still tucked away so it's not noisy. Good breakfast and very spacious room. The staff is super nice

The property was lovely, it was just way too far out for us and transport became a bit of an issue, so we left early and went back to a previous hotel. The room, staff and everything else were great.

The pool at the time of our stay didn't seem clean enough. Toilet in our room had trouble flushing. The shower head only dribbled water and while there was hot water it was either screaming hot or Luke warm, couldn't find an in between temperature. There was also a continuous buzzing noise that came from a water pump outside our room.

The location wasn’t great, you can’t walk safely across to the centre of Canggu due to the bikes all using the one cut through to get around so we had to get a 20 min grab for our family which went all the way round the outside and in again due to the lack of bridges over the river, instead of a 20 min walk which we wouldn’t have minded. Kitchen was very dated and had pretty much no equipment if you did want to cook there so it was fairly pointless.

The villa was lovely, breakfast was nice, beds were comfy, bathroom was great.

My only issue was with the shower water pressure and temperature as it kept going very hot and cold with high and low pressure.

Our 1 bed villa with private pool was exceptional value for money. Villa was cleaned daily and drinking water provided daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. A full buffet breakfast was included daily in the price which I thought was great value. Quiet area and only about a 5 - 10 minute walk to Echo Beach and surrounding bars, restaurants and markets. Pool was crystal clear and the whole villa space had a beautiful Bali vibe.

This place was nice and clean, good service and close to the beach. Very cozy area by the restaurant, where you could take a dip in the pool after breakfast which was included in the price. We stayed in a room directly to the right of the reception. There was most everything you needed and we also got a cot for our daughter with a mosquito net. We liked the friendly staff and the good breakfast buffet, there was a lot to choose from even for us vegetarians. Cleaning every day. Also saw that there were very nice rooms with their own pool, if we go back sometime we will definitely choose these rooms instead. Experienced a little spiritual presence in the room where we stayed, nothing bad. But things moved in an inexplicable way. Canggu overall for us was a bit too touristy and crowded. The beach closest had big waves for surfers, maybe not for beginners and when we were here it was red flagged and swimming was not possible. Nothing to complain about!

This place would have been very, very nice when it was first built but now, it is showing its age and needs a lot of work to bring it to a genuine 4-star standard. That said, the price was very reasonable and reflected the value.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, with a basic but sufficient range of cooked and cold items, and eggs cooked to order. I stayed in a one-bedroom pool villa and it was a comfortable and quiet retreat from the bustle of Canggu.

Not hotels fault, but it was extremely windy which caused the plastic roof on balcony to be extremely loud at all hours. Also walls between rooms very thin.

Location was great, could walk to most places we wanted to. Breakfast buffet was great choices that changed daily for a good variety.

It could do with a bit of a spruce up, for a 4-star property.

The staff are amazing and the pool is great. The food is good and the rooms are nice and cool, but a bit dated. The beds were fantastic, though.

Their spa wasn't good, I wouldn't recommend. There are amazing spa places nearby that are cheaper and better. Breakfast and one lunch was past of our booking but I wish it wasn't because their food is not good at all. We had one breakfast on our first day and never went back. You can use grab or gojek app to order. Which brings me to the other point, we wanted airport pick up and they charged us more than 350.000rps. If you use taxi by grap app it only takes 40.000-50.000rps. By the way you should definitely bring a mosquito trap or plug-in repellent with you. It's a must we were almost eaten alive.

Location was great and we loved the private pool. Also semi-open bathroom was beautiful.

Good value for money, everything was fine except that the shower water was always cold, and the faucet in the bathtub didn’t work. Although I reported it three times, they didn’t manage to fix it during our three-day stay. I still recommend this hotel.

Wifi was poor and constantly dropped out in our room. Location wasn’t great if you don’t have a bike - had to walk on the road a fair distance to get to shops / cafes. Shower was ok, however the shower head spirted water in every direction but down.

Room was a good size with comfortable bed, a balcony, fridge and aircon. Public spaces were also lovely with a nice restaurant next to the pool. Breakfast was basic but also nice, with freshly cooked eggs to your liking.
