The property needs a bit of maintenance. It is not so easy to walk around, traffic and motorbikes in all directions.

A small downside was that every time I flushed the toilet, there was a bubbling sound from the pipes, like water pushing back up – it didn’t cause any real issues, just a bit odd.

Great location, helpful staff, and a comfortable stay Stayed here for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised by the location – I didn’t know exactly where it was when booking, but it turned out to be excellent! There are restaurants and a mini-mart within walking distance. The staff were always friendly and very helpful – I asked quite a few questions and they were happy to assist every time. Thank you so much! Overall, I had a very good stay and would recommend this place!

Bug spray was done after 6 PM which is not good when the guest are in room. It should be done before the guest are back to room.

The property was great and location was good. But maintenance need to be improved as there are mosquitoes and bugs. Room cleaning service is great. But need to make improvements in maintenance as many spots I saw small small issues. Overall the stay was great.

Slightly dated fixtures and our bedroom door did not lock easily.

I lovely tranquil environment. Check in was super easy and they organised a car to collect us from the airport (as an extra but reasonable charge). There was plenty of space and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

The only thing I would critique is probably add some non slip mats to the bath. The baths are quite deep and 2/3 of us slipped trying to get in and out. Also some of the decking may need to be updated around the pool. Other than that it was a great experience

Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and pools were cleaned regularly. Great location and when I got sick the staff were so accomodating to ensure the nurse was able to be sent to our villa with urgency. Great experience all round.

We didn't like the kitchen being outside and not in a building that had air con, we didn't like the slippery tiles when you had finished a swim because it is right by the Kit hen area, also the path to the outdoor shower is a little narrow and our air con wasn't as good as the other room. We also didn't know that there were two completely separate rooms detached from each other, not helpful if you have little kids, esp around the pool.

The service here is amazing and I cannot fault them one bit. My four year old daughter was well looked after here and they always had smiles for her when ever she was in the lobby. The staff here were helpful and always wanted to help if we needed information or had concerns. They even went as far as offering a room upgrade and free services such as massages and dinner at the hotel. We liked the private pool but also was a concern for our four year old. We also liked that the staff had given our daughter a play tent with some play balls which kept her entertained when we were at the villa.

Room had to be "refreshed" before check in now I understand why. It rained at night water coming in to bedroom and under bed.The open area where the fridge is got flooded Dangerous the cord from the fridge was under water I had to use a stick to lift the cord out of the water and place it on a object. My Paul Smith carry on bag got wet stained from the rain and some clothes wet.I told the staff and they placed towels at the bedroom doors to keep further rain out. No compensation for my bag or clothes.As I paid for late check out I thought I may have received discount NO checkout extra $70

Lots of oddities which is no doubt why it's 3 star. Having to go to reception each day to have the room cleaned otherwise they didn't bother. Room cleaning wasn't great. Shower over bath was horrible and didn't drain properly. Was very slippery. Doors didn't close or lock when we arrived and had to get maintenance to repair. Broken kettle. No iron or board. Had to request them. Had to request pool towels for a room with a pool. Very noisy at night from the cafe and restaurant across the street until early hours. Very slippery floors and decking and the rugs slipped around under your feet.

Room was nice enough for a 3 star. Friendly and helpful staff.

The villas were in a perfect location for us. We did not want to be near the beach we were staying only a couple of nights before flying home. 15 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of the Legian tourist area and beach. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful and accommodating. We were able to extend our room by $10 an hour as we weren’t flying until late at night.

This review is for room 112, We are not commenting on other rooms as 112 is the room we stayed in. The Aircon was not as great as it should have been.we had to sleep without blankets despite AC was on all night. The toilet was not flushing in room 112 They tried to unblock the flushing but couldn't do it the proper way. The step from the shower tub to the floor is little bit to high for anyone older.

The location is good, Anima restaurant was great 😃 Service n staff were great 😃 The view n photos were as we saw on Expedia n booking.com 10/10 on everything apart from the cons.

There was a friendly local mouse. The wait on food was a little long and sometimes if in a group it would come cold assuming they were waiting for all the food to come out all together.

Great location of you do not want to right in amongst the crowds of Legian .

The outdoor shower didn't work. The indoor shower was awkward to use (had to lean back into the water due to the shape of the bath). Wasn't quite as pretty and put together as other villas.

Nice and quiet, served its purpose as a private villa with a private pool. Friendly staff. Bar and restraunt available.
