All are excellent for me during my stay. Stuff was granted my request to prepare extra desk for me to work during my stay. Stuff very humble and helpful. There is also kitchen inside that can make me cook for as I want.

The first night the room smells like someone was smoking. Staff couldn't change the room that night but housekeeping helped with an air refresher that solved the issue.

Nothing about the hotel itself. The cafe next door is a lovely addition to the hotel, although the food really could be improved.

I stayed at The Reiz Suites in Medan for two nights and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which made it feel like a home away from home. After 25 hours of travel, the bed was an absolute dream—so comfortable! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the mall, and the staff, especially the security and doormen, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's only one elevator, and while some guests complained about the wait time, we didn't experience much of an issue. Plus, the chic and cozy living area downstairs makes the wait more pleasant. One bonus is the cafe next door, which has a nice ambience, although the food could be improved. All in all, a fantastic stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Medan!

We got assigned to a smoking room even though we requested a non-smoking room because there was none left. Due to this the room smelt of smoke.

Good location in the centre of Medan. Large rooms and water machine provided.

No swimming pool. It is not a must have too, Will not affect the decision. It will be good to have kitchen detegent so we can clean up the utensils after eating. Or we can use utensils repeatly. Internet is almost non existent. We just use hotspot from phone is quite decent.

Breakfast was cheap but the spread is not there. it is decent for a simple breakfast. We are there for holidays. Also cannot eat much. Overall is fine.

Cannot open the balcony under hotel policy which i think is ridiculous One of the toilets wreaks of sewage smell. Really really bad Only one lift to fit all guests

there’s only 1 lift serving the rental units - will be good to have more. it will also be helpful to have more hooks or rack in the bathroom to hang towel or hand washed clothings. to improve lighting in bathroom as the shower area was a bit dark.

the apartment unit is quite comfortable, good sound proofing. wifi was strong. staff was nice and helpful.

Someone banging a door in the hall at 3 a.m. for hours.... supposed to have cctv cams, so why did I have to be woke up to have to call to report the issue..

Bedsheet, pillow cases, towels were brownish/blackish... time to replace please... Lift/elevator was a bottleneck, slow, tapping card doesn't always work, and there's only 1 lift serving the whole hotel... Reception is always busy, a lot of people, you need more staff and counters... Noise from the disco next door until wee hours, continued with the noise from the morning exercise group... A lot of little cockroaches in our unit kitchen...

we stayed in 2 bedroom condo for 3 persons, but the available towel, mug, plate, etc is only for2, so we have to asked.

the spacious bedroom. we stayed in 2 bedrooms condo, the 2nd bedroom is quiet big, so nice for a family of 3, a 2 bedrooms condo is nice, as you can stay close together

Check-in was a horror - there is only one person and if you have to wait in line - as we - it took more than half an hour. Furthermore, there is only one lift for a very large building - be prepared to wait loooong.

It is more like a small apartment but don´t expect washing machine or a lot of equipment. Basic things are there incl. water dispenser. It is within walking distance from the train station. In general, nice staff - the intern walked with me to a supermarket to buy milk.
