The stay was great, close to the shops. The pool was huge and kids loved it. The host were awesome and helped us with anything we needed.

The last room on the right side you could hear bikes passing by or beeps but always everything else was good.

Awesome location, staff and facilities. Nice bedrooms all with huge bathrooms

Just needs a little update and maintenance- some furniture was falling about or in need of repair. Rooms could do with some paint. Bathrooms had mould and water damage

The staff were very hospitable and took good care of us.

The staff were amazing - the in-house chef prepared delicious meals and organised beer runs when needed! The villa was clean and we were able to organise a pool fence for the kiddies!! We also were flying out late and were able to stay at the villa until our transport was ready, this was super handy especially with a bunch of children. Thank you so much for a great week!

Location was fantastic. The rooms were lovely and air conditioned. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

Looked like some black mold in the bathrooms. We ran out of toilet paper a few times

The place is stunning and the staff were absolutely amazing. The location is great with lots of shops and restaurants around. The chef cooked us lovely meals with a lot of options to choose from. It was great accommodation for a big group of 9 adults and a 1yo baby. They even had all the baby stuff (high chair, travel cot, etc) and helped us to organize a fence for the pool, which was great. Rooms were tidied up daily and the daily laundry service was a bonus!

At first we thought we would have a driver full time available for us, but in fact was only airport pick up and drop off. Rooms were a bit mouldy but I assume we can blame the wet season for that. We had a small incident with one of the staff who was promptly replaced, so that was fine.

The size of the Villa was fantastic, our group was smaller than originally planned but we enjoyed the extra space. Good location, Chef and house staff were friendly

In the past we have stayed in Villas that you could lock the main door so you let in people - here they came and went whenever they wanted which left no privacy other than locking your bedroom. At one point I was eating breakfast by myself with 4 men in a 20 radius. The chef, assistant, Ketut and gardener. We were always out during the day other places look after cleaning, pool and garden whilst guests are out. I felt Ketut was displeased we had already made all our plans so was missing out on commissions or tips. I am not sure the water filter is working we all got sick and this was the one common place we all had the same thing with the overall maintenance making me think highly unlikely the filter was sufficient. The rooms need maintenance, alot of water damage in the walls with the TV room in particular smelling mouldy.

This was a fabulous place to stay with our group of 9, the villa was well looked after and cleaned everyday of our stay, close proximity to some great restaurants. The staff were amazing, we were very well looked after, very friendly and always happy to help. Chefs food was always fresh and delicious.

Loved the pool and the workers they catered to all our needs and were exceptional. Great location.

Only downside is the number of mosquitoes and the tv room was too stuffy and had a weird smell to it

I honestly like everything and how they would make you breakfast so it’s one less outing you would need to do for food. I get so paranoid about places being dirty but honestly this was so clean and they would refreshing up the rooms everyday. It was in a good location as well next to food and shops

Great location - amazing staff. Property exactly as shown - wonderful to have 5 good size ensuite bathrooms. Chef was fantastic and cooked us a few great meals.

Breakfast was a little on the small size for 9 golfers- planning on spending all day on the course.

The staff at the property were brilliant and we felt like they were part of our family

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help you.

The host Evan offered excellent service and the staff were also very thoughtful and professional. I love the balinese style and the pool is huge, we had a good time there. Meals prepared are excellent, I especially love the fresh seafood and the banana fritter with ice cream. It feels peaceful and tranquil within the vicinity, could be because of the lush and densed trees surrounding it. It's also near some of the well known restos like kilo, warung made, queens tandor etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and wished we could have stayed a little longer.

It's quite a long walk to the beach, although it could be a good way to burn calories whenever you feel stuffed.
