Large pool for the kids to play in! Air conditioned rooms for sleeping. Staff were friendly and respectful.

We stayed at Villa J Deluxe for 5 days, it was nothing but perfect. Putra and his team ensured that we had that we needed for an amazing holiday. The pool was a big highlight, and the air con in the lounge on the very humid days. Very spacious villa with a lovely relaxing atmosphere, would definitely stay here again.

It's a little tricky to find initially because it's tucked away off the main street but once we found it and settled in it was great and being off the street ended up being a good thing. When we had food delivered the drivers also sometimes had trouble finding us but with the app you can see when the driver is near by and just step out to meet them so again not really a problem

The staff were very helpful and quick to reply when answering questions. The villa was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Once we realised there was a short cut through another hotel the location was great for walking to close by restaurants and markets and beach clubs.

This is a wonderful spacious and private property. The place is a bit hidden and therefore quite off the busy areas however still in close reach to everything.

Only thing was the living area got hot as there’s no breeze because of fences around villas. But this is everywhere in Bali! Use of fans helped and we would re treat to lovely cool aircon rooms if too hot.

The property was huge and was able to fit 3 families; 6 adults 2 children and 3 babies. They were excellent and responsive prior to trip to work out porta cot and pool fencing prior to our arrival. The rooms were large beds big and showers hot. Some challenges with working out how to use oven however staff able to assist. Freezer was cold! Pool excellent temperature even had adult pool floaters. Great location for families to be able to walk to beach or local cafes. We used go jek a lot for food and organising scooters so download app before you go. As you need to be able to access your Australian number.

Unfortunately the villa is hard to access as they are doing works on the road that leads into area. We often got stuck with diggers blocking the road etc. a scooter is definitely required for access at the moment. Also the mosquitoes are quite bad so you need a lot of repellent. The staff are trying to make it better and light repellent each morning and afternoon.

We stayed in the two bedroom villa which was nice for our family of 4. The staff were lovely and helpful and when they weren’t there they were quick to service us via text message.

There is a lot of construction all around the villa and the road in is a mess. That will be over some day and should not really affect anyone too much.

The toilets don't have any door between the bedrooms, so we had to ask our spouses to leave the room if need to use a toilet for a "longer business":) Floors are not mopped as the staff claimed the water "will damage the wooden floor".

Friendly Staff, especially Mr. Putra. Overall, villa is OK. Location is a 9.

outside area could be cleaner, there is a door behind the kitchen where the staff‘s chilling area is and they sometimes just leave the door open so there it would be nice if there is a bit more privacy

There were tiny pieces of glass alongside the pool edge, which is probably from the previous customer. I have got a small cut.

Location was good, staff are friendly. Big space in the room and the common area. Pool was quite clean.

Nice villa in a quiet neighborhood(For now then because there is a lot of construction in the immediate vicinity). The villa is at walking distance from the beach and supermarkets. We had a little bit of a false start I wished to cancel due to work, but that was not accepted(policies so fair enough). Either way the villa is great nothing to complain about. the kids had a great time, that's the most important thing.

Home away from home pur 2nd time here. Putra and the crew looked after us like family for our stay. The accommodations ticked all the boxes for us and a short drive everywhere.

The glass slider door exploded and cut my husband’s arm. We had to race him to the emergency room and he ended up with 8 stitches. There was also construction going on around the villa and they were laying drains right across the villa entrance so we couldn’t even get into the villa one of the days that we were there. Also the bed was very hard.

The staff were friendly and it was clean.

Villa just a little tired and needs some attention, I would have thought that throughout the quiet time of covid they may have maintained the villas. e.g Broken curtains (which were fixed asap), broken shower hose in main ensuite, broken cabinet door in kitchen (not great with crawling toddler)

Friendly staff, great villa with everything you need - they also provided a couple of pool inflatables and highchairs for the babies and also a blender when we asked for it which was great!
