The bathroom was a bit old, could be renovated. The huge balcony is really nice, but useless. There were some ants in the room. Ac was a biz loud.

We loved the pool and the amazing Bali feeling everywhere in the Villa! Breakfast was Lso nice!

Shower pressure was hit and miss and so was the temperature at times. While looking clean the sheets always had a stain on them. Our phone in our room didn’t work and only after the 6th time of going to reception to ask again, did they say they couldn’t fix it and that we could get another room. We didn’t change rooms as we only had two more days there. The bed was also rockhard, and when we complained about it, they offered to give us another room, but the bed was exactly the same. Their solution was giving us a “ mattress topper” which was just a mattress protector, so had no cushion

The property had a great location. There were many nice bars and restaurants within a 20 minute walk as well as shops and the beach right there. The two pools were good as if one was crowded to could go to the other

Breakfast was pretty ordinary. I would recommend not including breakfast and eat out elsewhere(there is a lovely little Cafe in the laneway behind the hotels that has the best pancakes we have tasted). The pool temperature was a little warm but probably a bali problem. Because of the location of the hotel being so close to a shopping centre it made traffic getting to the hotel horrible. They did have a swim up pool bar but wasn't staffed and had little selection if you did requested a drink.

The location was fantastic. Its a short walk to shopping centre beach and if you use the back entrance cheap eats and massages. We stayed in a connecting room (Family of 4) which was a comfortable size and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was simply. Pools were deep and clean with lots of sun lounges. We had no problems with WiFi and there was a small selection of English TV channels available. Staff always were kind and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet. Value for money for a simple, no frills hotel. Make sure you ask staff about the back entrance as it's hard to workout where it is and you need to walk through another hotel to get out.

Doors of both main and balcony were a bit outdated, which was hard to open and close. There was sewer smell in the bathroom and water was not clear.

Great spacious room with a lovely view of the pool. Excellent location few km near airport and just opposite of the beach with tons of activities, cafes and outlets for shopping.

Lots stuff outdated, but we appreciated everything, things are hard after covid with building maintenance, staff expenses.. we tolerated coz we know how hard its been.be nice if a kids pool noodle as my son just learning to swim and was stressful watching him struggle sometimes and challenge himself. He has to swim, no other things 4 lids except we did play billiards with the white assistance cue. We fed squirrels at beach, had genki sushi come on ferrari ;-), and my son got to like some things we found closeby. Aurcon appreciated, 2 water bottles a day also, housekeeping each day, altho be nice if a washing machine coin laundry for guests, i find weird giving my dirty laundry to strangers.. etc. Different culture. Love the architecture, hospitality, service mentality, calmness and shrines etc.. great, healing vibes, much appreciated in these stressful times of life these days..

The king size bed fit my hubby and 5yr old son, altho it said only for 2 people..we were fine ;-) 😉 location is good near restaurants, shops, beach, waterbom park etc. Pool nice, buffet brekky nice too.

We only had the 1 breakfast at the Wina Hotel, it was basic but ok, egg station was good. The pool was great, water was very warm. The rooms are getting a bit older now but were nice and clean. The bathroom was clean, and shower had hot water whenever we used it. The staff were always pleasant and happy to help in any way they could.

I originally booked a pool side room and was upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival, it was up a level and didn't quite feel like an upgrade, which was a little disappointing but not enough to complain about. Was still a decent room

The location was close to the beach and restaurants, and the hotel itself was beautiful with all the statues and having 2 pools was also nice. The staff were amazing and super friendly. Oh and the hotel cat was just adorable 🥰

Breakfast could have had a larger selection, especially for vegetarians, and been topped up more frequently.

Rooms where very clean with lots of space and staff also very friendly and helpful. Swim up pool bar was great, and communal areas kept tidy and clean. Felt very safe as there is 24 hour security at the entrance.

You could see the place needed some reno work, room was clean, but the barh tub had rust all over it and smelled sewerage once in a while. Breakfast wasn't that great but you can see the staff are doing their best to accommodate a busy crowd.

Great staff, especially the front desk guy - his name begins with 'G'I think. Made my stay comfortable as it's my first time in Bali. Super helpful with recommendations and some translation with my pickup to the airport. The pools were good, and my room was clean and a comfortable bed. Staff are attentive. Location is walking distance to the mall area and food places.

Pool beautiful and rooms clean and very comfortable. The family especially loved the beautiful artwork and statues around the hotel which made it feel like Bali 20 years ago.
