A closet to put your things would be desirable. The cleaning staff should clean the bathroom more thoroughly, but by Indonesian standards it was clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and not saggy. You don't see that very often. I had a nice view of the river.

Is a classic hotel, area was a tad too far from airport but decent price.

Location was great if you need a stop over in Jakarta. We had a delayed flight and managed to book this property, it was a good quick stop! Staff were super friendly, desk open 24/7.

Excellent place for a stopover, a simple 30min drive (80k Rp) from the airport with no risks of traffic jams. Spacious clean rooms, very friendly staff, this is definitely much better than the overpriced intl. hotels in the airport area. 24/24h fast food restaurants in walking distance. We booked a family room which had lots of toys and deco for kids, if you have small kids it’ll sure amuse them. Highly recommended.

Good location, free wifi, spacious room, spacious common space. Quite creaking bed, but still acceptable. Give the receptionist named Dhika a raise! Cause he's really good at doing his job. Seamless check-in process, really kind and helpful.

easy access for nearby food court and mall. reasonable price for stay and the hotel as well easy to find as it is located on the main road. The staff are polite and friendly. They helpful and provide an extra assistance while required.

Stinky bathroom. When you make a reservation for a family room,you get 2 beds,which are not very big and only 2 pillows and 2 towels. We had to for another 2.

The location is quite close to the airport and next to the hotel is shopping mall Ramayana. Good for overnight stay.

Location wise, all the amenities were just a stone through away. Seafood restaurant was just across the road, a huge shopping centre Ramayana was just beside the hotel. Clean, nice views from the reception as well as warm staff. I always believed that it’s the people and the not the place that makes the difference. Here both were great. A special upgrade to the staff. Friendly, warm and they go an extra mile to help their customers. Hats off to the staff.

The rooms were big, barely furnished, so they looked empty. You couldn't see through the windows, because they were so dirty. At first I thought the glass was opague, but then I realized it was absolutely dirty. I don't think they ever cleaned the windows. The toilet and basin were pretty grotty. Breakfast was very ordinary and we didn't even get butter or jam for the toast.

There were many street food places and restaurants.

The rooms had ants. The water didn't get all that hot.
