Fridge was noisy so had to unplug every night. Same for aircon. Old & noisy. Used ceiling fan. Bed a bit hard. Roosters & barking neighbourhood dogs bit of an issie for sleep. Earplugs help.

Breakfast is the same every day but fresh. You can order egg if you want to pay for them! Tv has good English channels. Hot water is plentiful. Nice warm splash pool. Lush garden. Pillows ok. Good neighbourhood, close ro everything. Nice balcony & clothes rack.

Really nice quiet place with a lot of plants, clean pool, good for relaxing, tasty breakfast, nice staff. And a big advantage is that it’s really close to Sanur port if you plan to go to other island (Nusa Lembongan, Penida etc)

The room overall, really need maintenance and needs urgent a good refreshing,and they even take the air conditioning control because it wasn't included in the standard room when this was the only one available, they've tryed to sell me a/c for 150.000rpi for using it for 1 night when it was the only room available for that night, regards but I do no that Karma does exists

The guy who checked us in was pretty grumpy - no smile or nice conversation - maybe he was having a bad day! It would be great to have water refills available to minimise buying single use plastic bottles. Also the pool lounge chairs will need replacing soon as the fabric is ripped in many places.

Always a great stay here. The rooms are super clean, spacious and comfortable. We liked the fridge in our room too. Good wifi and good shower. The pool is clean and refreshing. Breakfast is toast, coffee/tea and fruit. Great location on the main street but far back so no noise.

Nothing. Unbeatable accommodation for the price.

The 100s of potplants make every corner into a jungle. The hotel is in a densely developed area and accessed only by a hallway from the busy shopping presinct, but you could be in a jungle. Caged birds sing all day and drown out any city noise. The pool is great. The breakfast is HUGE. It has fruit, toast, a big pot of tea or coffee. The best breakfast I have found in 20 years of budget travel.
