For some guests, this may be surprising if they are expecting a completely remote and untouched natural environment. On the Environment and Tour Activities We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the tuktuk tour. As a sustainable hotel, we prioritize environmental health and avoid using a product that could be harmful to nature. For this reason we do not offer air conditioning. And regarding for the stairs, we do not have elevator because it's far from the city and there is no technicians. We prioritize guest safety, we are small hotel with 17 rooms so we do not have mechanic staff for this.
