Bugs in certain rooms.

The room was nice depending which room your in, we did 3 nights in a good nice clean room, extended and the other room had lots of insects and tiny bugs swarming our drinks. It’s a good location IF YOU HAVE A BIKE!

the only thing I'd improve is the bathroom, especially the water pressure of the shower. I would recommend to add another option for the breakfast, for example pancakes

We stayed 5 nights at Pavilla and it's been a lovely time. The staff is amazing and they always try to do their best to make your stay comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Laundry service was excellent. For the average price in LB , I can't complain

Location wasn’t great but was easy to get into the town with Gojek bike

The staff were friendly. They were able to do laundry same day, I got it back in the afternoon. They also arranged transport to the airport (100K IDR).

Numerous mosquitoes were able to enter our room with our doors and windows closed. The bathroom was smelly and the metal parts of the showerdrain and sink looked gross. For this reason we needed to keep the light and ventilation for the bathroom on at all times. When we took the hotel taxi to the airport, being already charged the tourist fee of 85k, the hotels taxi driver wasnt able to give us the entire 15k change from 100k.

The pool is nice, the room is spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly helpful and assisted us in renting a scooter. The place is visited by many people doing a Komodo tour. The place is affordable compared to other places in labuan bajo

There are no options nearby to eat or buy something. You must rent a motorbike or take a taxi. I was uncomfortable that they were going to charge me an additional 25% of the price for checking in later than the time they said, and my flight had been delayed which was not my fault.

A bit far from the city, around 25-30 walk. But you can easily rent a bike for convenience.

Windows were old and had a little gap which did not help with the bugs. Shower very poor pressure. Breakfast very basic.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy and cheap motorbike rental. Some nice cheap and local restaurantes available nearby.

The standard rooms were very, very basic and run-down. I would go for the superior rooms at least. I'd advise the hotel to either renovate or to get rid of the standard rooms entirely. The bathrooms in particular were awful. The state of the beds and the lighting was not much better. The superior rooms were relatively pleasant, but still functional at best. Location is alright, but not suitable to explore the city on foot. You'll need a scooter or taxi for that. All that said, for Labuan Bajo the value for money is relatively good.

The best thing here is the staff. Unbelievably friendly and charming. We got sick during our stay in Labuan Bajo and the staff did their best to make it a pleasant stay for us. I'd almost recommend staying here for the staff alone. The restaurant and the pool were quite nice as well.

Some people of the staff were somewhat disinterested. It was difficult to book scooters for more days. We had to remind them again and again. The shower had very low water pressure. There were almost no hooks or boards in the bathroom. Compared to other Hotels we stayed in in Indonesia, it was a bit too expensive.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, beds and AC was good. The overall building was in good shape. Even though it's not in walkable distance to the restaurants and dive shops, it's only five minutes with s scooter.

It could have been cleaner, the towels had a stain on them, but it overall everything was okay for the amount of money we paid.

The room was spacious and there was also a pool in the hotel which was nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Your accommodations has to be paid in full and in cash upon arrival, which was not mentioned on the booking anywhere and since you’re out of the centre it’s a bit of a ways to an ATM

Great breakfast, very clean and lots of warm water in the shower. The staff was helpful in booking a motorbike or organizing a taxi. In a quiet location however this does mean you’re a little out of the down town area.

The location is a bit off from the town center. We enjoyed the walk down to the harbour and was greeted by friendly locals along the way.

Great location for airport, a little way from everything else though.

Nice place, clean, air-conditioned & has a pool. Can also arrange a scooter for you, which is very useful as it's a little way to the high street.
