It was a nice stay, great breakfast that you can have really early to get for morning trip. Not far from city center. Nice having real kitchen and fridge and all you can need as good restaurants can be fool.

All three nights of our stay were interrupted by guests coming back at 2-3am, speaking loudly and clearly intoxicated. While this wasn't a huge issue for us it was getting annoying by the third night, particularly as it was a Sunday night.

Location was great, we walked into town with no issues. The greyhounds were close by for those interested, we had a great night there. The BNB itself was fit for purpose, clean and safe.

Uncomfortable bed . No boutique personal touch . Talked through an intercom to check in . Asked for our laundry to be done and was told no by the housekeeper. When it was advertised it could be done for 15.00 a bag .Room was tiny and stuffy .

The parking spaces are a bit clamped but we were lucky that it wasn't full. Bathroom is not great, but works overall

Cozy B&B in a good location. We were traveling by car and the free parking place was one reason to book. The location is near the center, you can even walk there. Rooms are OK - nothing too fancy and size is acceptable. Staff was great (even if we didn't meet them) as they immediately attended our needs and let us move to a better room. The process is all done remote - through the front door comms, but it's smooth

The location was a little bit off from the main square and pub streets. Walking distance around 10-15 min. The room price in September was very high. The price value equation was not so attractive.

This is not really related to the bed and breakfast but feel like I should warn people about this. Make sure you ONLY park directly in front of the building. There aren't many spaces and it is a little tight. There are two adjacent buildings that are painted in the same colors so we thought they were park of the B&B and parked there. Those buildings are a private residence. The resident intentionally blocked our car in and proceeded to give us a tongue lashing about parking on her private property. We tried to explain that we thought it was part of the B&B since the buildings are the same color. She had no interest in our thoughts or apologies. I think the B&B should perhaps put a sign making this clear to the guests (or put it in the confirmation email) since evidently this happens a lot.

We didn't eat breakfast there. The room was very comfortable and clean. It's a little small but pretty typical for European bed and breakfast places. We were on the top floor . There aren't any elevators so you may want to ask for a lower floor if the stairs are an issue for you. We never saw anyone. There is a speaker at the door and we just spoke to the front desk through the speaker. I believe the manager is located at their other bed and breakfast which is down the road a bit.

The price for one night was pretty extortionate for a single room. This did not even include breakfast which cost more money and relocation to another B&B to avail of. Despite the noise curfew the person in the room next to me had their television on all night long until they left at 9.30am. Not the owners fault but it added to the irritation of having to pay such a high price for the stay.

It was convenient for an overnight stay and easy to find. Also good location and near enough to the city centre. I didnt mind the size of the room, i only wanted a place to sleep so if you are a light traveller and not of the high maintenence variety then this place is ideal, for a single room

The staff knocked on the door before check-out, saying that cleaning was supposed to be done. But I know that check-out is until 11:00 a.m. The towel near the sink is all in yellow stains. I laid it under my feet.

Car park was badly laid out making it difficult to get into. Lack of staff at the premises would give a feeling of a loss of the Irish Cead Mile Failte. Being asked to attend a different B&B to partake in breakfast is not acceptable in a property that promotes Bed and Breakfast.

Location was good. Room was comfortable and the wifi worked well. Property has good kerb appeal. Having visited and wanting to support small independent businesses I would look at bigger chains next time as similar value available.

Great stay! Very welcoming and helpfull host. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed. The room even has usb charging ports which are great if you don't have the necessary adaptors.
