EV charging was more difficult than it needed to be.

the parking was a little hard ,but would not put me off staying again, the car was to big anyway

the staff on arrival were very friendly, breakfast was excellent and the double room overlooking the harbour was great, lovely hotel ,very clean,fresh towels each day and room all made up,dinner in the sky restaurant was also excellent with a great choice of food.

The back car park . Lovely to have access though extremely tight and not recommended for a larger cars .

Would have liked the use of a smart TV after a long day of being out.

Location was amazing. It was perfect for a trip to Croagh Patrick, a tour around the city or a beautiful walk or bike ride around town and countryside. The hotel was well decorated and there was free onsite parking. Our room and the entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and delicious.

Breakfast cold buffet area was a tad small with less choice of yogurts, cold cuts than we have seen in other hotels but that's nit picking really. It was lovely.

Room had no bath which is a personal like for me but the room, view, location, facilities, food, spa and staff outweigh the missing of a bath soak.

Location is excellent and the room view was perfect to embrace the beauty of the quay. Hotel is excellent for value, quality and facilities. Food excellent and the new rooftop restaurant an added bonus to the hotel. Food excellent and customer service care. No improvements required for this hotel.

The only negative was on the first night. The heat in the room made it very difficult to sleep. This, however, was fixed the next day, when requested.

Breakfast was very good. Restaurants both ground floor were super. The view from the restaurant on the 4th floor was super and added to the experience. The food was excellent. The friendliness and service from the staff was of a very high standard.

We had a double room, we felt our bed was on the small side but otherwise it was comfortable.

We were there as a family group. Every aspect of our stay was most enjoyable. Spa &, food were fab, staff were very friendly.

I couldn't find any fault to be honest.

We booked a superior coastal view double which was lovely. Considering the noise in a busy area like it, we heard nothing at all once the windows were closed. We arrived to find an anniversary card, along with wine and chocolates from the hotel which was such a lovely touch. We had no remote for the TV, but phoned reception and got a lovely bubbly guy called Shane who instantly dealt with it by sending up another wonderful young man called Lorcan, he took his time and made sure everything was in working order for us before he left.

The parking spaces could stand to be bigger but they have done great for the area they have to work with.

This was a last minute stop for us so we were very happy to find availability here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit tight but we made it work just fine. Breakfast was very good.
