Beautiful hotel with well-maintained gardens. Our room was spacious and spotless. A big thanks to one of the reception staff and Gertrude who helped us make my mother's birthday breakfast special - you made her day! ❤️

Love this hotel, gorgeous grounds, very comfortable room, all the facilities onsite. The staff are really lovely as well. Have stayed here several times and always have a lovely time.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable - low down and matress was hard. The shower tap was stuck all the way to the right and the water scalded me in the shower. Bar staff ignored us for 20 mins and we had to request them to clear away the previous persons dishes from the table.

Breakfast was lovely only slight fault was I had to ask for a jug of milk for my tea each morning as they weren’t readily available but the staff were very efficient providing same . We also felt the restaurant was a bit pricey which didn’t encourage us to eat on the premises. We booked 2 rooms and had requested that they were nearby but unfortunately they were on different floors. It was Easter week so fully understand that this may have been hard to accommodate.

The room size was great and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed using the pool, gym and sauna. The beds didn’t look the most inviting but they were extremely comfortable. The grounds were lovely but the weather wasn’t on our side unfortunately. Very pleasant staff and we were impressed by how they all made a point of acknowledging and greeting us no matter where we met them around the hotel. Also a very high standard of cleanliness throughout . Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend to friends and family.

The duvet was stained. The staff at breakfast on day two were rather dour. I feel the venue/business has multiple functions which do not compliment each other.

Jacqueline looked after us at breakfast and was delightful, nothing was too much bother.

I honestly must say there was nothing to dislike at the hotel and golf resort a must visit for anyone passing or staying around Dundalk

We arrived late and the facilities and hotel itself looked amazing even though it was dark, we got to reception and the staff could not be more polite and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable and we had breakfast in the room the following morning which was a lovely breakfast and made our stay more worthwhile

Enjoyed the breakfast. The room was very good. The bathroom was absolutely splendid, the biggest and best equipped one we have experienced in a hotel! Our grandchildren enjoyed the putting course.

Perfect location surrounded by beautiful parkland Staff were fantastic .Rooms were well appointed very clean and spacious .We had dinner and breakfast during our short stay and both were excellent.Loved to have stayed longer but we shall return.

Requested an early check in - 2pm due to the distance traveled. I requested this when I booked on Friday and didn't receive a reply until the morning we checked out. Got our room key shortly after the regular check-in time but disappointed my request was never acknowledged by the hotel
