We wanted to watch the England match that started at 3pm so the caretaker let us in slightly early at 2.45pm to let us watch the match. It was home from home, very quiet with beautiful views of mountains. Loved it

There was no WI-FI and this was not mentioned anywhere. It caused us no end of trouble and has left a very negative memory. I am angry that this was not made clear from the start. The toilet downstairs leaked immediately and became worse as the days went on. Even though a plumber passed by once the problem was not resolved and we had to stop using it. The cooker did not work on low heat but it did work.

The layout of the house was very good. The two bathrooms were a bonus.

Some difficulties checking in but did receive apology and management working to ensure does not happen to another customer. Be aware of extras - pay for electric, towels etc.

Good location, great views. Great disabled facilities- no steps, wet room. Manager excellent and very helpful.

The general basics were a bit lacking e.g. no soap in the bathrooms, no hand towels which makes it awkward for a short stay. The communal spaces were small, kitchen and living room were not ideal for a group.

The location was excellent and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

More comfortable beds It was very cold so better heating without worrying about extra costs for electricity It was too isolated for us which meant we had to travel out everyday A welcome pack would have been nice

Very pretty house but could do with replacement of toilet seats. grubby grouting in showers and tired bedroom furniture.

bedding spotless and bedrooms comfy . Cot provided with a smile. excellent storage if needed. plenty of space for children to run around in safety outside.

The cottage was cold on arrival and throughout it was very damp. The towels we brought with us started to smell of mould and damp after one night! I know its a cottage but considering what we paid a lot could be done to improve the conditions.

Location was fantastic, amazing views. A very short walk into the village which has some beautiful restaurants and cafes.

The living room was quite small for a cottage that sleeps 6 persons. There were a collapsible table with 4 chairs, an armchair, and a couch crammed into it. Even for the 4 of us, the living room did not really feel generous and homey.

The on-site supervisor was friendly and helpful. The house was fully equipped with household appliances, table ware, etc. The location was quiet.
