The property insisted on charging a €50 deposit at check in and and taking a copy if my driving license. I felt like a criminal. Plus I had to wait around the lobby before I could check out, while housekeeping inspected my room. Finally my deposit was returned and I could check out. I stay in hotels a lot, and this hasn’t happened anywhere else. I don’t need the hassle.

Pretty poor understanding of vegan and dairy free food, staff felt natural yoghurt was dairy free because it was natural. More allergy training needed

Hotel was very nice, clean and had all expected facilities. Parking is free and a fairly large car park. We knew we were quite far out of the city however were able to commute in by bus in 30-40 minutes

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had a good experience. The staff were very friendly, the location was convenient with easy access to buses, and our room was cozy and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a great selection of healthy options. Highly recommend the hotel.

50 cash deposit requested. Never paid deposit before. Returned on check of the room. Credit card was on file. Think it may be a little too much!

Room was nice with kitchenette and clean and comfortable. Needs room thermostatic controls, exceptionally warm. Also some further amenities like face cloth, shampoo conditioner, 4 star Hotel would have expected that.

There is a big effort in signage pushing the quality of the stone-baked pizzas. We all had a pizza. The garlic bread was good. Wings were OK. The hot sauce should be changed in my opinion. The pepperoni pizza was more of a smoked sausage. I had Willow Fancy pizza (i think that was the name). It was not very good. It had too many items piled onto a poor pizza base and drizzled in a hot sauce (that was not hot). The pepperoni and willow pizzas were both a struggle to finish, due to quality. My other son had no issue with his Americano pizza. Plenty of other options to choose from.

The room was clean and as expected. Also good value for a triple room incl breakfast and parking. Location was good. Slightly out of the way but easy to get to as we had a car and had good access to the city. No issues with check-in / check-out or parking. Breakfast started on time and had a good selection for myself and the kids. Dinner pricing was not overly expensive. One of the three pizzas (the Americano) was liked. Dessert (trio of ice cream) was also enjoyed by the kids. Smart TVs in the room allowed us to connect to out Disney+ account and watch a movie. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

The heating in the rooms is on a timer!! It goes off after 2 hours maximum!! You have to reset it yourself for another two hours!! We were therefore freezing at night :-( .... The staff said the heaters automatically switch on and override the rimers when it gets below a certain temperature. This is NOT TRUE !!

The staff were excellent - helpful, friendly and very courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable, (unfortunately there was some road noise), but overall very good. Not an extensive menu in the restaurant but for a one night stay it was adequate and the food was good.

The location, you need a car to get around, it takes the bus about an hour to get to Dulin city centre and there is no entertainment or shops in the surrounding area.

When we arrived the reception team was very helpful. The bedroom were big and clean. They were a little bit cold in the beginning since the heater is not centralized, but there was an electric one that heated the room in 5 min, so it was fine.

Attention to detail on drinks order was incorrect. Didn’t have any pizzas second night. Was then phoned to say didn’t pay bill when I specifically asked to put on room number.

Good on reception. Made me feel welcome and took note of my details correctly.
