Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Absolutely nothing!
From the warm greeting on arrival, and throughout our 3 night stay; we were treated by the friendly staff with courtesy and kindness. The Bar staff and restaurant staff in the hotel were exceptional and contributed greatly in making our stay in Dingle a highlight in our trip to Ireland.

Fabulous Hotel in a lovely location.Very clean and comfortable. Loved heated floor in the bathroom.Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely be back. Free parking on site is a bonus

Good hotel in a very convenient area in the town with comfortable room and friendly staff. Restaurant food was very good, plus good choice at breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Dingle is a great town, with great bars, restaurants and scenery, close to the beautiful Slea Head region

Only one minor thing..... the service in the restaurant was great until we were served our main course then we were left for 25mins + and had to ask someone to come to our table to clear and take further orders.... it was a little odd & as if the 'boss' had left??
Very friendly reception staff and they couldn't be more helpful. Food was great, location perfect. We were travelling through but wish we had stayed longer in Dingle.

Not much but if I had to find something, the pillow was not the best.
The location was perfect! Close to the bay and shopping. Breakfast was amazing - fresh fish each morning. Highly recommend. Even had heated floors in the bathroom!

They have good parking area, but the road up to it is full of potholes.
The location is perfect, right in town, walk to everything. The staff were quite helpful, Anne and Katie helped us arrange our days and gave very good suggestions for attractions. The breakfast buffet and hot meal orders were lovely. The bathroom floor was heated, a nice touch. There was a library to use and books to borrow.
