Hearing other room noise.

Room very comfortable, well maintained very clean. Not sound proof, was not disturbed but could hear room next door. Expensive in comparison to a hotel room. Thank you.

The staff are phenomenal.. I was taken ill & had to be taken to this hospital while staying. Martina made sure I was looked after & made me more comfortable. A massive thank you to the team for caring! As well as this it’s a very cosy & quiet place to stay but not too far from the centre. I will definitely be returning when I’m back in Dublin!

Everything, although I didn’t go anywhere but my room and washroom! From start to finish the staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth and no problems. Donnybrook Hall was quiet for sleeping and having Yoda (a stuffed animal!) in a window watching over the street was comforting lol my two travelling rubber ducks felt at home too. All areas I saw - room, hallways and washroom were very clean.

I hoped the place was closer to the center but it was 25 mins walk away. Shower plate needs some maintenance. Room was very hot and no other option besides a duvet.

Lovely room, quite big size. Comfortable bed. The little chocolate near the coffee/tea maker was nice. Handy not to have an actual key but you only have to enter a code to open room and building entrance door. The area is very quiet.

It wasn’t super clear where to find the higher numbered rooms however I need not have worried the owner heard me and helped me and was so lovely especially given I had been delayed at work and was late arriving. Lovely people

No staff. Around on arrival and the parking was 3.50euro an hour. However I did meet a member of staff when leaving, that informed me that I could have availed of a parking permit it was too late as my stay was over.

Very convenient location. Nice and quiet. Lovely neighbour who was very helpful when I needed parking. I didn't realise it was paid parking. . But overall it was lovely

Lovely staff—so welcoming and helpful. There were many thoughtful touches and the room was clean and comfortable. Good location and convenient amenities nearby. It was easy to arrive from the airport on the Aircoach to the Morehampton Road stop. We would happily stay here again!

The rooms need darker curtains or blackout blinds. Many reviewers have already commented on this and it would be an easy thing to change. The streetlights are bright and shine through the room at night and then the daylight starts very early. This disrupted my sleep. This is my only complaint!

Very comfortable bed and really quiet area. This is not a hotel, more of a guesthouse. But it had everything I needed. I was sent codes to easily access the house and room but also met the very friendly staff. It's not in central Dublin but there's shops very close and regular buses or I just walked as it's in a lovely part of Dublin. The house was silent at night which I really appreciated after long haul flights.

Staff were very helpful (I had a delayed bag and they were kind enough to receive if for me), thoroughly enjoyed my stay, little tip, make sure to have some euro coins so you can easily catch a bus to the centre ;)

Maybe the mattress was a bit soft and about the location even though it is in one of the best areas of Dublin It is located a bit far from city center.

It was my second time at this place and even though they have changed the owners, the place was as good as my first visit.

Beautiful room, exceptionally clean, and I slept very peacefully as the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is a supermarket close by, pharmacy, coffee house, restaurants. The bus stop is just 3 mins away.

This is a nice neighborhood a little outside of Dublin. If you are comfortable trying the city busses it is very convenient and just a less than 10 minute ride to most places you want to be. The busses come frequently, and you can get a card at a super nice market very close to this facility. It was worth it to me for how much money I saved. And my room was huge! (Not all of them are, but mine was).
