When I got to my hostel room, I found everything dirty from the previous guest who was there. I thought it was a joke; it wasn't a very pleasant entrance. They told me to call a complaints number, so they didn't care about it live and the guy on the phone I called didn't pay much attention to me. Will I sleep in a dirty room? I asked the hostel again to clean my room and they did. Some very nice girls took care of cleaning it and then I had a clean room for myself and everything was very correct. I was able to have a single room for myself, which was very good and the hostel is very well located near the airport.

The staff is correct and with good communication with buses to go to Dublin city center or to the airport. It is very well located. I wasn't served any breakfast, but there is a Lidl supermarket right next to the hostel to buy everything you need.

When I went to my room, the pillowcases were put on upside down and there were already used gels in the shower, there was no trash can or toilet brush, I asked for it to be brought in 10 days, but they told me it wouldn't be brought.

The location was brilliant, the staff were very helpful with being independent in getting in and out, the facilities were clean and the bathroom and shower were very good.

The place is not a hotel, is a student accommodation, another company rent the spare rooms. The receptionist ask me if I did my reservation in booking, when I said yes, she just tell me, take the keys from a box and anything else, I had to explore the hotel looking for my room, nobody explain me anything, on the next day I went to reception and one guy was there, when he said , I am a student, immediately they show everything. Another thing is, in the room there is no bin. The kitchen is not a kitchen, there is no kitchen, just 2 microwaves, there is no plates, cutlery and cups, even a cloth to clean the table.

I just needed a comfy bed to sleep as I was out during the day and evenings. The bed was so uncomfortable that I really couldn’t sleep that first night. The ladies that were looking after the place during the summer gave me extra duvets to put on top of the matrass for second night which helped a lot.

The ladies looking after the ‘hotel’ during the summer were lovely. The room was good and very clean but the bed was awful and I lost a nights sleep because of it.

I had access to everything (gym, laundry, common rooms, etc) except the kitchen. Stayed at the exact same student housing but in a different location and had a full kitchen available. Dublin is an expensive city and paying to eat out every day when there was a normal working kitchen just because the agency didn't want to pay for the workers to regularly clean it was disappointing. Paid less in Galway for same student housing accommodations and had full access to kitchen amenities.

The 2 women on site helped so much with the issues on the site.

Unfortunately,the bathroom was quite dirty,especially the toilet. As I just stayed for a couple of days,I did some quick cleaning myself..I just fehlt sorry for the student living there..the hot water was not working properly on the first day.The members informed by mail as well as the reception team on the ground toom care of it quickly.

Cheap accommodation in Dublin, Just 30 minutes into down by bus. Everything needed was provided like towels and small toiletries. Problems are taking care of quickly.

The common kitchen could do with more regular cleaning and clearing of the garbage. The bed was extremely soft such that you'll sink into it, especially at the centre of the bed.

It was located close to 2 supermarkets and had laundry and gym facilities. The maintenance team from the Aspen management were responsive to fixing the spoilt toilet seat and the faulty lock of the main flat door.

Paid extra for late arrival and still no arrangements made. Room not booked and key wasn't left in the agreed location. Bed was broken and it took a lot of effort to get them to acknowledge that and move me to a different room.

Unfortunately the kettle and microwave didn’t work in the kitchen and the bins were overflowing from other people not bringing out their own bins which made the communal kitchen smell, but since I didn’t use it it much it didn’t really bother me, so the price seemed a bit expensive especially as things weren’t provided to cook such as pots and pans in the kitchen and bare minimum cleaning supplies too

The beds aren’t comfortable at all maybe change the beds and the hot water was a bit of a problem if that could be fixed the kitchen bins should be taken out everyday I never saw the cleaners

The Keys were left in a box. There was a bit of a delay in getting the keys as I had to call the team. The did send the code after I had called them. The kitchen facilities were closed. There was only a microwave.

The place is peaceful and the rooms have an en-suite shower. The place is generally quite and there are numerous facilities.

From beginning to end, my stay was a disaster. Problems accessing the building, room very dirty, bed horrendous, mattress needs to be replaced...i slept on the floor. I met cleaning supervisor in the lift last night and she came to see the room. Photos show that drawers were not cleaned

The room was EXTREMELY dirty. First thing I noticed when entering the room was a random butterfly on my wall and brown stains on the carpet. Everything was covered in dust like nobody cleaned except the students that probably lived there. There was no blanket or toilet brush. After searching for the blanket I have found random bread crumbs in the cabinets. The towels I used had black stains on them (probably hair color). But the worst was the shower... I found used up soap with a pube on it. Also my bedsheet had a stain that I do not want to know the origin of... Also in my bed were black hairs that do not belong to me. I do not have black hair. I understand expectations should be lowered for this price and on top of that a student accomodation but this was a health hazard.

Very well connected to the city centre and the airport. Easy check in and check out.

No hot water for all 5 nights. Building maintenance never fixed the hot water for the whole building. The mattress was so worn out that you could feel every metal coil. Toilet paper is not included. Aspen staff refuse to help and everything/contact must be done through booking.com email. My Mom and I booked together but they put us in different areas of the building.

Too many messages before even getting there, and despite this the check in instructions were not really useful. The room was very small and there wasn’t even a bin!

Check- in is too complicated. You have to check alot your messages in your booking app although you’re doing your holidays. The innerspring matress is horrible, you lay directly on the innerspring. Very uncomfortable. The toilet was not clean. The sink was clogged. Showerwater rinse out very badly. I would not recommend.
