Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomShared areas were fine until the other guests arrived and weren’t as conscientious as ourselves, dirty toilet/ shower, door to kitchen room left open. Not the property owners fault as down to the guests to look after the space, but something to be aware of.
The coziness of the tent, the vicinity to the Atlantic Ocean and the vast array of appliances which are available at a short walk away from the tent. The fossil beach was also a great place for a morning walk, 2 mins walk away with a great view of the Atlantic and actual fossils to be found on the beach.

United KingdomLeaving.
I loved being right on the ocean and waking up to the sound of the waves and wind in a lovely cosy comfortable giant bed. There was everything we needed to make a lovely meal with the lovely local produce that we brought. Our hosts gave us a lovely warm welcome with a tour of the facilities and tips for what to do locally. We enjoyed our visit to The Harbour bar were we received a lovely warm welcome and friendly chat.

United StatesThe only thing we regret is not staying longer!
The night we spent glamping on this property was a dream! Sean greeted us so warmly and made our stay very special. It's private and intimate with only one other tent. We even made friends with the neighboring tent and spent a very special evening getting to know them. You can tell the family puts alot of thought and love into what they do. This is an incredible spot and we will come back the next time we are in Ireland!

SwedenNot something you can impact really as it is glamping, it was extremely windy so the sound inside the tent was really loud :D but that’s glamping!
Amazing views, super comfortable bed and blanket, it was like sleeping on a cloud! Everything you needed was there, with bathroom provided with all toiletries with towels etc and the little pub with everything you need to cook a meal. Super easy to get there and to check in!

IrelandOne of the best places we have ever stayed. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating. The tents are gorgeous with plenty of space inside, and the bed extremely comfortable. Being able to relax in the camper van too was an added bonus. The BBQ, kitchen and it's facilities meant we could cook our own meals, which was great for travelling on a budget. The cosy sitting room with electric fire was also a great addition. The area is stunningly beautiful, with a real sense of tranquility. The nearby beach is fabulous, amazing to see all the fossils. Enniscrone is just 10 minutes away which is very handy if you want a few drinks or some grub. The beach and pier there is also lovely to walk along. Due to all the fresh air and cosy vibes in the tent, we had the best sleep of our lives!

United StatesI liked EVERYTHING!
Beautiful setting, fully fitted out glamping tents, plus a camper van and seats for watching the sunset. Soothing sounds of the Atlantic lull you to sleep. Pure relaxation. An additional kitchen, sitting room, modern bath with shower, and an outdoor picnic table and grill offers everything you could ask for. The family was very generous in making sure I arrived and departed safely.
