The location to the center of town was good. There were a bunch of people hanging on the stoop of other hostels nearby.

The bed was uncomfortable, Required to leave key with the front desk. First day they cleaned and left fresh towels 2nd nothing was done. Garbage was not taken out.

This B&B is honestly the worse one I have ever been to in Dublin. If you can afford to go somewhere else I 100% recommend you do. Firstly, the staff were unfriendly not accommodating and just flat out rude. The location is the only nice thing I can say about this place as it is close to Connolly Station and all enjoyable parts of Dublin. The hotel itself houses refugees and I personally have no problem with that but would appreciate if that information was disclosed on the booking site. Especially because as my friend and I were checking in, a young refugee who lives there joked that she sometimes climbs over the desk to take keys of guest rooms when the desk is left unattended. That alone made my friends and I feel incredibly unsafe. On top of that, the hotel clerk told us that we must leave the keys to our room with him whenever we leave the room at any point in the day. We refused to do this due to already feeling unsafe and due to what the young girl said about taking keys for fun. Once we entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of bleach throughout. The room was clean to the eye but the walls were cracked, the desk looked old and dirty and the bathroom had a dirty ventilator fan that kept us up at night due to its loud noise. As I said earlier, the B&B was housing refugees and you could actually see a broken toilet with poop in it outside one of the bedroom on the bottom floor, it was disgusting. On top of that, the place is listed as a B&B but they do not serve breakfast… they don’t even have a kitchen. When asked about if breakfast was served, the hotel clerk told us that the person who cooks is not available that morning but I had read reviews from previous guests that said that breakfast was never an option upon arrival. I let the hotel clerk know that If breakfast wasn’t even something they offered they should not be listed as a “Bed & Breakfast”. He then told me that if I want breakfast we must pay for it…..?

Sadly the facilities in the room were extremely poor, cracked basin, no towel rails, broken fixtures, kind of dangerous with children staying. Location was superb but unfortunately the noise from neighbouring rooms and with lots of children jumping off their beds onto the floor above meant we had a disturbed night's sleep.

Too old for the price. I couldn't sleep because of the unstoppable noise of the radiator in the room.I turned off the radiators and the sound was like having a generator or a fridge in the room. I've never had an experience like that. I asked for another room and they said that all the rooms have the same noises.
