We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff were friendly. Was pre-warned about the noisy nightclub on then Friday and Saturday night, and must say, had some of the best nights sleep there I’ve had in ages! A mixture of the rhythm of the music and all the Guinness drunk!

IrelandMajor works needed on the interior communal areas like water damage and torn wall paper. The rooms are dated but to be expected with the age of the building. Stronger more secure locks needed on the doors.
The staff go above and beyond considering the long hours they were working. A mix up with the rooms initially was quickly resolved.

IrelandThere was no parking. We had to pay for on street parking. The hotel itself was very dated. It could do with a renovation. There was no lift so we had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom
I liked the way the property was in the town centre. Very handy to get to anywhere in the town and it suited us as we were at a wedding.

The staff were lovely and the location was extremely central. It was also clean. The continental breakfast was very basic, but just enough to start the day and also included in the price.
