You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandI was disappointed in the hotel's level of accessibility. There was no lift option to reach the rooms which made it inaccessible. And within the rooms some of the floor was on a slope, causing a tilt to the beds that made it very uncomfortable to sleep in.
I found my stay at this hotel average. It was clean and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay.

IrelandThe room is quite dated, the blind in the bathroom was quite dirty. There was this beeping noise in the room all day and night no idea what it was. Room was absolutely boiling and no option to turn off heat. Opened window but due to central location(which we loved) it was very noisy. The bed was tiny just enough room for two people.

the location was very central. easy to get to any shops or restaurants. the hotel was easy to check in and out of. the room had a hairdryer and dressing table. house keeping staff were very kind.

Breakfast was delicious and waiting staff were more than obliging. Location was top class. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond and I think are an outstanding asset to the hotel. We ate dinner at the hotel on one evening and it was delicious. The beds were super comfy and the room was cleaned to a very high standard and in keeping with all COVID-19 protocols. We felt very safe in the hotel at all times in terms of Covid regulations.
