We had a great weekend. We normally don’t do winter breaks but the experience was good
We went to the Phil Coulter concert in the hotel, and we also played golf courtesy of the hotel. The area is beautiful with the beach a stone throw away. The weather was dry.

The relaxation room in the spa was lovely. Room was a comfortable temperature and we didn't find it noisy even with a busy road outside. Breakfast was tasty and the bar menu had plenty of choice.

The breakfast was just okay.

There was a wedding on the Friday afternoon with celebrations in the evening. There were children running up and down the bedroom corridor, some were playing around the secure entry door to the bedrooms keeping it open so anyone could get through. No staff appeared to be bothered, except for one girl from the restaurant came out to look what all the noise was.
Great hotel on the outskirts of the town, with some excellent views.

breakfast and dinner were both delicious with loads of choice and more than enough to eat. Our room was cosy and warm and a great size, the only exception was there was only one bedside lamp and no bulb in the standard lamp but no big deal about it.The bed was really comfortable, one of the best we have stayed in.

Just a few tiny points the bath towels were a bit small and the bar food ( apart from the fish and roast beef sandwiches) was average but we will certainly be back
We love this hotel the most fabulous location for beach walks and wonderful traditional pubs with roaring fires ( Drift Inn next door particularly) the spa was great and we ended up going twice in 5 days. Lovely staff , brilliant breakfast even though everyone was busy as the hotel was full for Halloween.

Leasure Centre could do with a little upgrade, mainly the jacuzzi but still lovely to have there.
Absolutely beautiful views from hotel. Lady who runs breakfast very friendly and welcoming. Lovely liittle bar area. An hour and half drive to giants causeway. A lovely little waterfall walk about 20.mins drive down the road. Nice quiet area. Beautiful beaches.

Quite a lengthy corridor to get to the room. Thats a minor complaint.

We enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay. The staff were professional, pleasant and helpful. The facilities are perfect. The food was excellent. The only minor issue was with the room not being cleaned properly, but sorted straight away once I notified the reception. We will definitely return. Very family friendly hotel 🙂

not even a sandwich to be got after 9 .. no apology or regret just a bland re statement of kitchen closing times… not a piece of bread or packet of crisps !! it felt very inhospitable to be turned away without apology at 5 past 9

The hotel and room were very dated. The room had very bad lighting and didn't have air conditioning. The carpets were stained and the bathroom door was worn and full of holes. There was a bad smell from the bathroom. We were on the bottom floor and there was maintenance going on just outside, so much for a relaxing time. The breakfast was average and the draught beer didn't taste too great.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were first class.

Breakfast was awful. No selection left still feeling hungry. All eggs had congealed I asked the waitress could I get 2 fresh eggs made which she went and requested. After waiting a while with our food at thectablecthe waitress came to our table and told us fresh eggs had been put out we better run before tgey were all gone. I thought this was very unprofessional as I had requested them I was now to 'run' for them. Very weird
The location and room were great view amazing. Staff at reception and cleaners very friendly
