Unfortunately the shower was cold in the morning.

The staff and service at breakfast were excellent. Had specific things like peppermint tea that I asked for and a lovely cooked breakfast. It was a great location for nuig.

Great spot just outside Galway for a one night stay. Check in was easy, close to a pub down the road, staff was kind and welcoming, and included breakfast was very good.

The home had stale cooking odors that permeated the hallway and common areas. After being there a while and staying inside our room, we got used to it.

The room was spacious and convenient to the parking area so we didn’t have to carry our luggage upstairs. The breakfast room was tastefully appointed with space between the tables and an abundance of natural light! Mike and the staff were very polite and friendly, as well as maintaining a sense of professionalism.

No desk for computer Toilet didn't flush properly unless left for a long time between flushes.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kilbree B&B in Galway, Ireland, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beautiful property and its stunning surroundings. Makes for a very relaxing getaway. My only disappointment is that we hadn't stayed for longer. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which surpassed all expectations. As someone who has indulged in numerous breakfasts at various establishments over the years! I can confidently say that the breakfast at Kilbree B&B was a standout experience. The selection was diverse, the ingredients were fresh, and every dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. It truly set the tone for a fantastic day ahead. I found the overall value for money to be outstanding. The level of service, combined with the quality of accommodation and amenities, far exceeded what one might expect at such a reasonable price point. I would not hesitate to recommend Kilbree B&B to family and friends seeking a memorable stay in Galway. Lovely B&B. About 7 mins drive from city centre Room larger than most with comfortable bed and leather sofa. Lovely breakfast with canape starters, amazing attention to detail. Friendly, attentive host & staff. Good value, particularly when compared with extortionate rates charged by other B&Bs in Galway that don't come close to this quality!

We felt very much at home in this spotlessly clean B&B. It was the perfect base for exploring the west of Ireland. We used to look forward to Mike's hearty breakfasts, served with a smile by the lovely Evi.

Cold, too cold. We struggled to keep us warm, as the radiator seemed to be under dimensioned and the 3 layers of blankets were too damn heavy. So the owner knows that room is cold. After battling with those heavy blankets, we discovered accidentally the heated blanket and that helped. Would’ve been better if we knew this upfront. The tiny kettle has the cord integrated so you have to unplug it to use it. Recommend changing it with a detachable one. The taps in shower room: British style with two taps - I thought these are defunct as they are impractical. Recommend changing with a mixer tap.

Attentive, kind staff who were extremely helpful. Clean, tidy, well organised and equipped rooms. Epic breakfasts for all tastes with great attention to detail. Some lovely touches, we were given pancakes on Shrove Tuesday. Access to a lounge with TV and beverages available. Would highly recommend.

SERVING BREAKFAST WAS SLOW. SLOW AT BRINGING MILK AND BUTTER TO TABLE. TEA CAME FIRST INSTEED OF ORANGE JUCE AND CERAL KEPT GOING IN AND OUT OF KITCHEN AND COULD HAVE CARRIED IN DIRTY DISHES APART FROM THAT IT WAS LOVELY

The rooms got a bit cold during the nights. It would also be great if you could open the windows to get some fresh air.

The breakfast was amazing, the host was very friedly and caring. We love the heated bed sheets. The rooms were a bit aged but clean.

Very residential area, next to a school so traffic bad in the morning. Decor is a little old-fashioned and bed had blankets/sheet rather than duvet, though to be fair I slept like a log. Main entrance is up some steep steps.

Easy to find and ample parking. V quiet en-suite room, bed was very comfortable. Good selection on the breakfast menu and food was really good. 30 min easy walk to hospital and owner was v accommodating about leaving car parked all day if necessary. Good facilities in room including hairdryer. Small Spar round the corner.

Nothing to dislike. Bus timetable into town could be helpful. It is about a 40 minute walk into the town.

The breakfast was outstanding. The place was so immaculately clean. Tea and coffee and toiletries in the room.

Mike and Annette were great host, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Plenty of parking and a quick drive to the town centre where we enjoyed some live music. My wife enjoyed the fact that they supplied face washers.
