Had a meal the following day. requested chips for toddler. Asked numerous staff for his chips and they didnt arrive until we had finished our meal and ready to go. Toddler was aggravated and hungry at this stage and wouldnt eat them. I realise the staff were very busy but I dont feel we made an unreasonable request.

Breakfast was lovely. cooked to order and very tasty. The room was spacious, clean and modern. We did not have a reservation for dinner so could not be accommodated without waiting half an hour. as we had a toddler due to go to bed we got room service. I ordered the curry. it was really tasty although it had an unusual amount of onions in it.

This is a lovely hotel to stay in. Perfect location for getting to Knock, Ireland West Airport, Galway City and get getting around Co Mayo and Co Galway. There are many items to choose for breakfast, you just couldn't go hungry. The staff are very friendly and professional. The bar/lounge area is very comfortable and plenty to choose from on the bar menu. Again, great staff and will go the extra mile to accommodate you. The rooms are clean, tidy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Peaceful a day quiet location like the surrounding rooms in our hallway. The bar and restaurant excellent as well, the food, drinks and service. It's just right for our Holy weekend/Easter weekend staycation plans. Thank you and hope that's not our last to stay there. Keep up the good works....

The hotel was very warm and the room temperature could not be controlled, other than opening the window. The heating is switched off in the evening, but since the windows don't open completely, it takes a lot of time for the temperature to come down to comfortable sleeping temperatures.

Rooms are spacious, hotel is clean and facilities are excellent. The bar offers good and tasty food and the SPA is excellent.

Although beds were comfortable, pillows weren't so much, but that was a minor negative among a majority of positives

Staff friendly and accommodating, phoned for room to accommodate reduced mobility for a guest and were given ground floor room in easy reach of everything. Also rang when we realised an item had been left in room and reception staff checked immediately and held at reception 'til we got back to collect. Thanks to all for your help. Spacious room and good shower. Good selection of food and very tasty.

Great property,great location and lovely food Swimming Pool was very busy on the Saturday and the water was partially cold but the pool facilities really have deteriorated in the past few months hopefully this can be rectified as it’s a great hotel

Staff are a little chaotic in the bar and restaurant. My group were asked about 8 times for our room number at breakfast over an 30 minute period and they wouldn’t take all our food orders at the same time. We had a dinner reservation also but the staff were not prepared and had no seating plan so we had to wait 10 minutes while staff tried dragged 4 very heavy mismatched small tables together to make up a table to seat our family in an area that wasn’t really suitable. There was furniture positioned just beside the table that meant it was awkward to pull out the chairs. They also forgot a child meal and we waited for hour for pasta and tomato sauce and our meals were all cold by the time we realised that the kids meal wasn’t coming. It was a shame as the actual food was nice.

There was some confusion around room service after 9pm (sandwiches or pizza). I ended up getting the wrong flavour pizza and drink.

Very friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room with lots of facilities. Plenty of parking. I've stayed here a few times and it's a nice, comfortable hotel.

No Wi-Fi in room. They did restart router but no joy. Manager said it was different zones and don’t always connect. Full Wi-Fi in communal areas. Sauna not working. Got awoken during the night by loud banging on the doors all long hall. Drunk guests. Not hotels fault but still took 15 mins to get them to stop.
