Excellent facilities, very impressed with the modern interior and excellent room. Sadly I only stayed one night and had to leave early so did not get chance to sample breakfast. But my brief stay was extremely comfortable and I hope to return for a longer stay.

I couldn't find anything to dislike.

Excellent choice for breakfast, food was lovely, everything hot. Staff were all friendly, couldn't find any fault with the hotel. Room was spotless, spacious, smart TV, bathroom with great shower and Toiletries. Fantastic location, beside shops, bars, restaurants, within walking distance of the greenway. Public Car park across the road, 2 euro for 24 hours, very good value. Will definitely be back.

The only criticism I would have is the check in time of 16.00 is too late and doesn’t give you enough time to appreciate the cosiness of the hotel.

The property was spotlessly clean, staff were so nice and friendly, breakfast was fresh and spot on.

We needed to have two euro for the parking lot and there was no option of getting it from the hotel. The bed was a nice size, but not comfortable.

The bathroom was very updated, and the shower was a really nice size. The floor in the room was updated as well, and we really liked that. The lobby was nice and it was in a very convenient location, not right in the middle of everything, but very close, everything was in walking distance.

Like most newer hotels, a loud neighbor in the hallway will sound like a loud person in your room. Fortunately nearly everyone was respectful during our 3 night stay.

Nice, modern, newer hotel in the heart of Westport. Comfy bed. Fully functional bath. Plenty of space for a couple and their large bags. Good variety of good food at breakfast. A friendly bar in the evening. All the staff were great. We asked for a room away from Mill Street, and it was pretty quiet, even on Saturday night.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay and we were checked in by a lovely girl (i think called Shannon)! The hotel was SPOTLESS. The room was very comfy and clean as well as the bathroom which was super modern. There was a slight weird smell to our room when we arrived but went away after a few hours. The breakfast was nice and they had a lot of options - even gluten free breakfasts! The staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend anyone to stay! We will certainly be back in the future!

It was a bit noisy because it is located on a main road. Also the walls are quite thin so we could hear the conversations of our neighbouring rooms!

The only negative was the restaurant wasn’t open for dining during our stay. Breakfast was served.

This is a beautiful hotel just off the main streets of Westport so a great location to walk to the restaurants and pubs. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The staff were very happy to help and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, a great choice, cooked fresh to order and brought to the table. 5 stars all round, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Rooms were a bit warm for me.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was great, modern facilities and well maintained. Location made it handy to get round. An overall pleasant experience. It was St Patrick's night and was expecting a bit of noise around, but overall it didn't disturb our stay.

They were fantastic. Booked for one night and stayed for three. Fabulous breakfast and extremely friendly and solicitous staff throughout the hotel. And we loved the decor - all very fresh.

Would have liked a coffee machine in the room.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. An excellent location near to pubs, restaurants, walks and the bus stop. There was a choice of continental or cooked breakfast which was served to your table and as much coffee and toast as you could want and eggs were a lovely colour!

Staff are great and very accommodating . Bar is very comfy. Great for a quiet drink. The room itself is modern and stylish. Great night's sleep on the bed. 10/10.
