We requested and we were assured for an appartment with 2 single beds, but when we arrived it wasn't like that and we had a double bed instead.

The thin walls. The noise of the busy road you can hear a lot inside the flat. We had earplugs so we survived.

The place is Infront of the mall and supermarket. Walking distance to the main road where you can find the bus station to the airport. We like that everything we need is by walking distance.

Nothing. However, the entrance to the property was often occupied by teenagers and adults and at one point they were being searched by undercover police. This was certainly intimidating. I mentioned this to the staff.

The property was very clean and was equipped to meet all our needs for a short break.

Dishwasher was not working (probably due to the law salt), nothing else negative regarding our lovely stay.

Perfect location, great value for money. The apartment was honestly very nice and recently renovated, we felt like home. Friendly and welcoming staff

Noisy because of near by road and shady people hanging next to main door but other hand they didn't bother us anyhow. Yes, there were bucks in the bathroom but they are only silver fishes. If they bothered you just keep lights on and they don't come out.

Location, cleanliness, eguipments. After feedbacks tought it was crappy place but it surprised us very positive! Providing fresh beverages when arrive to reception which was awesome after hot and crowded bus from airport!

I suppose if I was to be picky, when we first used the sink in the bathroom the water would not go down the drain. It was clogged up with hair. So we had to pull all the hair out. That was a big yucky.

The location was very handy. Communication whilst booking this apartment was very good and the host had a big part to do with this. I would be happy to stay here again.

It was quite noisy been on a junction so traffic was loud, the street lights came through the curtains making you keep check the time thinking was morning, maybe blinds also would help. Upon arrival I panicked where on earth we had booked with the little shop next door attracting groups of young lads as a family with 2 small children asking around 6 lads if we could get past a bike was pretty daunting, but once arrived at our actual apartment it was a distant memory. The apartment was beautiful but with a baby all the glass furniture was a stress especially the corners of coffee table and TV unit. You can buy for cheap little plastic coverings to make it baby proof they would be a massive help for families

The location was perfect we had access to everything we needed on foot, as lovers of travelling we were so pleased with arriving to plenty of towels, bedding and all cooking utensils, pots and pans, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dyer washing up sponge tea towel, washing up liquid, even salt! The landing we stayed on was very quiet and heard nothing from neighbours or people below us. Beds were so comfy even the sofa bed in living room.

The windows of the apartment were old and have poor sound insulation. I don't know who they are, but in front of the entrance to the building (next to the entrance is a shop), many people were often gathered in the evenings, and it was not always pleasant for me, especially my wife and daughter, to pass by in to the building.

I liked that the accommodation was close to the center which was a quick walk away. The apartment had a lot of light and could be warmed up nicely. The beds were comfortable, clean, as well as the kitchen with enough necessary dishes.

The beds in the rooms need to be upgraded as they were hard and you could feel each spring. The windows need to be upgraded to block out sound. We only became aware of this when a group of people stood below the window and had conversations for hours.

I liked that the apartment was right in the center of everything. The space in the apartment was what we hoped for. The bathroom was a good size. The quilts were the right weight. There were extra pillows.

The floor of our apartment was very dirty and there were a lot of drugsdealers next to the front door of the apartment .

Location was in the middle of the centre. Apartment had all the facilities we needed.

Quiet a lot of noise from the street. Oven was faulty but it was replaced the day we left. The pillows need replacing very flat & uncomfortable. Not a smart tv so very limited choice on tv

Very central to shops, & restaurants. Heaps of storage in bathroom good size bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful.

In the bathroom there were some insects, I guess the humidity brought them in. And there was not place to put your stuff around, so maybe a small cabinet or a stoll would be nice. Even hangers for towels because we were four girls and had to bring a chain in from the living room to have something to put our things on.

The equipe is always available to answer any questions. The apartment is lovely, even the day bed has a comfortable mattress and pillows!

Uncomfortable bed. Very tired apartment. The tv had a habit on turning itself on during the night. Though the apartment is in need of a renovation, it did do everything we that required of it, so for that I am grateful for it.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Hot showers. Kitchen well stocked with relevant utensils needed in kitchen. Had washer/dryer to wash clothes. In the city centre, so great access to everywhere and everything.

The check in was done in a separate building. I booked the apt for my family under my aunt’s name as I was not coming with them and sent a message before asking if they needed anything else from me as my family did not speak English and they said no. So when they arrived very later at night around 2am the staff called me to confirm the reservation and asked me to send an email to allow them to give the keys to my family which it was ridiculous considering I had booked under my aunt’s name already. Bed was not comfortable, and the sofa bed was very small for 2 people. Very expensive for what it offers.

Having to play around with the lock on the entrance from the street to gain access to the building. Also, it was problematic in leaving the building as well. You had to push a button while pulling on the door handle when exiting the building.

The apartment met expectations. The staff was very accommodating in allowing me to extend my stay after getting Covid.

A little dated, especially the bathroom. Had issues with TV and shower, but staff were very quick to sort out the problem.

Great location. Easy accessible for key pick up. Good communication with staff. Very clean and well equipped kitchen.

Street noise is the only down side

Perfect location, with a tram station right outside the door. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Gave us early checkin after an overnight flight. Also appreciated that the sofa bed was all made up.
