The warmest reception staff who I meet in my life.The welcome from reception was very warm. I feel like a queen arrived in the beautiful old charming house last Sunday.Our room was 228.I like the style of the good size room,separed bathroom. The room was very quiet.We sleep very good. Breakfast was lovely and the lady from the front door was very welcoming and very helpful. Beautiful location.I like the round swimming pool outside and of course the lovely jacuzzi outside is well. Well done. Definitely coming back.

The people working at this hotel are exceptional, and they made a difference to our experience. The hotel is lovely. Rooms are of good size, the outdoor pool is great, and the two restaurants offer excellent options. The grounds are superb.

I think breakfast could be much better with more options. Also, it would be great if there were some adult-only rooms/facilities. Even parts of restaurants could be kept for adults only, really.

Guided seashore walk with Natasha and the outdoor heated infinity pool.

It was difficult to order room service breakfast, and the order was wrong when it arrived.

Location was amazing. Activities where great. Outdoor pool was amazing. Loved the walks around the hotel. Would be good for families would say avoid if you want a relaxing couple staycation as there is better options in Kerry.

Drinks were so expensive. €17 for a cocktail that would usually cost €14 anywhere else and they were not worth €17. Set menu doesn’t include sides. Dinner for two cost about 250 with two drinks each.

Amazing Spa, Infinity pool lived up to expectations and the food was top notch. Really nice walking trails. Views are unmatched. Staff acted like a 5* Hotel.

Menu was a little limited in both restaurants and a little expensive €57 for a two course is steep. €7 for a pint was the most I've paid for a pint in all my travelling in Ireland. I wouldn't say you get 'Value for your money' with the food and drinks. Other than this everything was flawless. Just a small idea - Could do with a pickers for the sugar lumps for your tea/coffee.

Excellent staff, excellent food & service, very comfortable room. Very well kept gardens & walks.

Too many children not managed by their parents!

It was amazing...staff were very professional, but also friendly and fun. Facilities and food were exceptional...will be back !
