Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer
Val's breakfast was amazing! The location equally amazing! We were accommodated in many ways asking for ice for our drinks and finding the channels to watch rugby and football. The common space was comfortable and our stay felt like home. Close to pubs and a quick drive to the beach. This was truly a good find.

There was nothing I could say that I didn't like. Val is an exceptional host and her home is a very tranquil space. Just what we needed. I would highly recommend staying here if ever you are in Curracloe. 10/10 for everything. We will be back for sure.
Val was exceptional and attentive without being intrusive. The house was comfortable and inviting from the moment we stepped in. Nothing was too much trouble. .

Clean, tidy, well maintained and a delightful place to stay "off the beaten track". Really quiet location (Valierie, the host, complains of the "traffic" when more than two cars go by!) Beautifully mainainted gardens, and just a lovely little B&B to stop over. The beds were really comfy and the room was clean, tidy and well looked after. Valerie was super helpful, and a charming host - telling us some great anecdotes of the time the "Saving Private Ryan" crew were staying with her. Great breakfast too!

The beds were a bit narrow for big people like us, but it was comfy at least. Sadly our toilet broke while we were there, but since we traveled 4 together, we could share one bathroom. Accidents happen, so it wasn't the hosts fault.
It was a lovely place, clean and friendly. The host couple was very friendly and helpful and we could have our dinner right next to the BnB, so it was just perfect. Would definitely recommend this place.

All good.
The location was great,close to beautiful Raven point and beach and right next to a large hotel,where we were able to eat.We left for the ferry too early for breakfast but the very friendly host left out a cold buffet breakfast for us to help ourselves.

The host was excellent wat a lovely lady she was and the house spotless everything was excellent Val couldn’t do more for ye and the breakfast was amazing and offer more and there was fruit and cereal there anytime u wanted with tea and coffee I have to say if I ever go to Wexford or curraghcloe I’ll be staying here so much better than a hotel thanks so much val 😁

It seems churlish to make any criticisms at all, after a comfortable and enjoyable short stay, so what follows should be read more as observations. The ample breakfast seems more geared to those guests wanting something cooked than those who don't. What was called 'muesli' was not really, but seemed to be branflakes with sultanas. There was no plain yoghurt amongst the flavours on offer. Lots of the breakfast options were individual 'convenience' type of jams, cereals, biscuits and juices, meaning a good deal of packaging waste is inevitable.
Wonderfully warm welcome. Spotless and stylish house. Delighted to see fresh fruit on offer for breakfast and tea, coffee and a kettle in the bedroom.
