There wasn't anything really. We got what we booked.

The house is just a short drive from Dugort village and blue flag beach. You can also walk to the village in a matter of minutes. The house has all the facilities you need and a lovely long (and safe) garden to the front.

We had a brilliant stay at Seaview Cottage. The house was absolutely spotless and very modern, with everything we could possibly need and more – including thoughtful extras like board games, DVDs, milk, tea and biscuits. The view from the house was amazing, and the location was ideal – just a short distance from two stunning beaches one of which has a sauna. We were warmly welcomed by Tony on arrival, who gave us some excellent local recommendations. For some of us, it was our first visit to Achill and it certainly lived up to our expectations. We’ll definitely be recommending this house to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Hard to find anything bad to say because the facilities are brilliant.

Fantastic location. Not too remote but not too built up either. The cottage has a lovely sea view and is very cosy. We needed the heating on some of the time to dry our wet clothes and the cottage is very warm and snug. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They made it clear they were there if we needed them.

We rang ahead when we got to Castlebar and Tony was waiting for us with the keys when we arrived. The house is within walking distance from both Dugort beaches, Silver Strand and Golden Strand.

Lovely cosy house, clean and comfortable. Nice little touches 👌. Very close to the Golden strand beach . Host was very nice and we could have contacted her for anything at anytime. We would stay here again for sure.

Very well appointed, all the basics Inc towels, linens, toiletries, cutlery, crockery, kitchen staples eg tea, coffee, seasoning, oil etc. The fireplace is a real bonus and such a treat it was ready to light when we arrived! Place was spotless and check-in/out was v efficient. Karen was super helpful with tips on local area.

A bit far from the main area in keel ,especially if you have kids that need entertainment,however the Alpacas were 2 minutes away & the beautiful Sauna on the beach 5 minutes away ..
