Location is ideal ~ beside the sea. Bedroom was clean & tidy , with freshly ironed bedlinen and clean & practical bathroom with a walk-in shower. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

The bedrooms could do with being freshened up, Even new carpets would make such a difference. On arrival into our room, it was clear that it hadn't been hoovered. We found finger nail clippings on the carpet as well as alot of stains on the carpet that had seen better days. The staff where quick to relocate us to a new room though, but again it wasnt the cleanest but alot better in comparison. We didnt like the random window in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom. No privacy when using the bathroom which was very odd..(both rooms had these windows)

The beach views are awesome, especially when we stayed as the sun was glorious and thw hotel is right on the beach. The staff were excellent and the food was beaut.

Our sea view room was above the bar patio and when our window was open - we got random plumes of cigarette smoke from the patrons below. There is a lift to the upper rooms but it’s accessed by walking through the bar area. Not a deal breaker but if the bar is busy and you have lots of baggage - it could be tricky.

This hotel is 15 minutes from Dublin airport but you could be fooled into thinking you were 100 miles away. Cute little hotel at the end of a road with no other visible houses in site (although we did drive through what is looking like the biggest new housing estate in progress - so it’s going to get much busier!). The rooms are on the small side but clean and functional. We opted for a sea view and I’m glad we did as waking up to the crashing waves for our last morning was magical. The restaurant and bar downstairs is great and it meant that we could truly relax knowing that we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The hotel is right on the beach and perfect for those last few walks in the sea air

Breakfast and the location on the beach were great. A nice contrast to busy Dublin, but it is still close to visit Dublin.

No view from the room and quite tight for space. The food wasn't very good. A number of doors to access the lift and our floor which was awkward for the wheelchair.

The hotel is right above the beach so the view from the large patio was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The large bar room was pleasant and a quiet lounge is available nearcthe entrance. Close to Dublin Port for our early ferry.

We were in the ground floor room 132 and it was below standard. Very hot, poor ventilation, bathroom smelled of cat urine, poor finishing to carpet and skirting boards. Location is amazing but the workmanship of the rooms are below standard for what we paid.

The balcony was open when we got there which was strange as anybody could have walked in. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned before we got there. The “free breakfast” was almost all gone by the time we got there.

No toilet roll in room, had to ask for some. Cooked breakfast very nice but continental breakfast looked good on menu but in reality very poor and badly stocked, no glasses for juices, empty baskets of bread and pastries not replenished, lots of empty spaces where food should be.

Location excellent for quiet break away, right on beach front. Seafront view from bedroom. Staff very friendly. Ample free parking. Nice dining options again with lovely seafront views and terrace providing food and drinks.
