The location is amazing, the staff are available 24hrs and very kind and helpful. The beds have curtains, so you can feel a bit more privacy when sleeping.

I wish there were more hooks for hanging stuff around the rooms, and the 4 bed unit was a little small. Luckily I had it to myself, but if there were 4 guests there, we would have been running into each other. Lol.

Really lovely hostel. The staff were nice, thet had a lovely kitchen (didn't get to use it) but knowing it was available was a plus, and they cleaned everyday which was really lovely. The location was excellent and the hostel felt really welcoming.

Very strict on entering after a certain time. Make sure to have all the keys for the rooms with you if returning after 11pm

Only downside was our door fobs kept deactivating..mine and the other people sharing the dorm..a few times had to make 2 trips to get in as reception had to keep reactivating the keys..no biggy but it was annoying

It's located close to the coach station and main sights but further away from the sea. The beds squeak a little and the walls are thin so you hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

Breakfast had everything you need but not to much and included in the price, the rooms and bathroom are clean, the kitchen provides fresh towels to dry the tableware, just simple comfort It is located close to the Coach Station and Train Station so it's perfect for travellers. Ways are short. The main sights can be seen within a 10 minute walk.

Superb location, extremely clean, warm, the mattress was very comfortable, I asked for an extra pillow (as the pillows are quite thin) and was given one no problem, I also asked for a towel - again not a problem - shower was hot and powerful, good kitchen facilities and comfortable lounge.

The lounge area is also basically the dining area and can feel more "hotel breakfast" than "hang out and be comfortable" but that's not a huge problem

Good facilities, stocked kitchen, nice outdoor area, lounge area. Breakfast was a nice cold spread with homemade bread, I saw them make it in house! Tea and coffee station with more than just black tea available which I haven't seen before or since so hold star for that. Good location which isn't hard in Galway but right next to the bus depot if that's convenient for you

The place was very modern and nice. It was a 2 min walk to eyre sq which was very convient. Staff were very nice and help, so were the other guests. Nice place to stay for the night. Room also had a lot of space and sockets by each bed was very nice too.

I disliked the shower curtain, (that's probably a me problem tbh.)

I really appreciated the curtains around the beds. And the fact that there was security over night at the door and only hostel people could get in.

There was a metal caged storage facility under the bed. This got caught on the bottom bunk bedsprings when the bottom bunk was occupied
