Bed wasn't comfortable however we asked for more pillows and they gave us more which was great Could have had more of a selection of fruit at breakfast instead of just tinned prunes and grapefruit

The bedroom was too hot to sleep and we had to turn radiator off. Tried to open the window but was noisy from outside as it was facing swimming pool and I am not sure if it was noise of water pump working but looked similar to that. I was able to use my earplugs for the night, but was still too warm for sleeping. Steam room needs an upgrade as a mosaic tiles are falling off. Shower cabinet in the room looks very old but we didn’t use it as were using the one in changing rooms. Small choice for breakfast.

We stayed in the room with one double bed and one single for child. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. We loved water in the pool as it was 29.5 degrees and just great for kids. Jacuzzi was nice and warm. Steam room and sauna was on and not crowded. Water in shower good pressure and warm enough. Lockers with keys in it for storage in changing room. Plenty of parking space outside the hotel. Good location.

The staff in the Yeats bar appeared to be rude and the food that was served was cold,They appeared to have no interest at all to serve the guests.

The food in the bar was fabulous I had fish of the day hake on Monday and fish of the day salmon on Tuesday €18.50 great value for money . Breakfast was good there’s choice of cooked or continental

Our bathroom needed updating, it is old fashioned and lets the suite down. There was chips out of the end of the bath, it is in need of repair. Lift is so slow but functional.

Staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Always met with a smile from ladies at reception. Hotel is very clean. We booked the Vernon Suite and it was better than we expected, a nice large cosy room which was extremely comfortable. We felt it was great value for money. Swimming pool is great.

Room was very hot. Tried turning the radiator down / off but it was still hot. We just opened the windows. But that would not put me off staying again as everything else was perfect.

We were there before and love the spacious rooms, the food was excellent, the staff are very friendly and very willing to assist. Hence why we returned and will do so again.

Not too many Gluten free options and breakfast, they had some bread but it would be easy to have gluten free sausages and white pudding etc, Also checking time on Internet says 3pm but we're not allowed to check in until 4

I was very disappointed with the main meal in the restruant as this was Valentines night My steak was very badly cooked and very tough my partner ordered the marry me chicken, this was served as mashed potato and plain chicken on a white plate not very nice, the chicken was dry

The bed was large which was a plus, but the bed and pillows were not terribly comfortable.

The room was spacious, the dining was delicious and affordable, and access to the leisure center was included with the price of the room.
