We stayed for nearly 2 weeks but found the cleaning staff very rude. There wasn’t anything cleaning wise to wipe down the glass tables or for the loo. When we asked for cleaning products it was like a crime. You must buy these yourself. Couldn’t even get a roll of toilet paper 🤷‍♂️

The location was brilliant, just a couple of minutes to Dart station. The facilities were excellent, especially having two bathrooms (four girls stayed) and so much better than staying in a hotel.

The communication was somehow poor: it was hard to get the promised cleaning (we stayed for more than 7 days) and to agree to store the luggage after the check-out. It would be more enviromentally-friendly to give more than 2 dishwasher tablets and trash bags for the clients (as well as dishwashing sponge, salt, etc.).

Firstly, we have stayed at this location previously and really like almost everything about it - the location, the apartment is very nice. We would certainly stay here again. But, the beds are extremely soft (too much so) and it would be better in the 2nd bedroom to have 2 single beds. There was some issues with the pluming, particularly in the kitchen the whole faucet is loose. We raised that there was no dustpan and brush in the apartment, I broke a glass one day when we discovered this. Luckily there was a vacuum cleaner near the lift that I could borrow to clean up.

Everything - the location, the quality, the cleanliness. A nice quiet location in close proximity to the DART train line which takes you to the city centre in minutes. This is the perfect location for a long or short stay in Dublin

The beautiful kitchen does go a little to waste :- it just needs a few simple extras to be more functional for doing more than heating up a ready meal. Add in a bigger frying pan, a few serving dishes, salad servers, some tupperware, placemats, coasters. Some basic cleaning cloths, dish washing liquid and a multipurpose cleaner should come standard especially when the nearest supermarket is a good 10 minute walk away.

It is a beautiful, spacious apartment in a lovely building, situated close to all public transport. We were so comfortable and the hosts were always available and so accommodating.

There were no instructions as to how to run the washer/dryer or the heater/ air condition er. Supplies, like salt, pepper, dish soap, toilet paper were non existent. I understand that for a long term rental you should be responsible for these items, but for a short stay booking it would be expense that is not necessary-and means lots of leftovers.

The rooms were large, comfortable beds and lively linens. The location is excellent! Close to buses and trains as well as walking distance to a number of restaurants.

This is self catering, but some cleaning products e.g. dish washing liquid, dishwasher tabs would be beneficial for the guests not staying long term. Small quantities of these can be supplied based on the number of days booked as you can't buy small quantities of cleaning products (rather than leaving the big containers and risk them getting stolen). Weekly cleans are provided I'd staying over a week but with children this is not frequent enough so would be good to be able to clean in between.

Location is very close to Lansdowne train station and walking distance to nearby shops etc. Apartment was clean and comfortable.

Lovely contact with the office, very helpful in every way. The flat was in very good condition, fresh and great location in a calm area. Easy access, only a couple of minutes from the Dart-train. Good parking space outside the flat. Secure feeling.

The only things that could be improved were little details like more towels/ soap or things like sugar, salt/pepper.

Apartment was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable and area was quiet. Train station was a short distance away and we used multiple types of transportation to easily get to our destinations.

Could have used a few more hand towels, a potholder would have been handy for baking the chicken and having another kitchen towel would have helped. Written directions on using the dishwasher and the washer/dryer since we didn't hear the explanation the same and another houseguest ignored me when I tried to tell her what I had heard and when you just try to dry something a bit more the machine adds more water! We had never seen this combo before, We think we started the dishwasher before we left but we never heard it running so not quite sure. I mentioned some of this to the manager as we were leaving and now understand that many rentals do not include towels and sheets. That would have been a bother!

We ended up with an extra room which was great. The washer/dryer was used twice. Everything worked.

Was surprised that there were no pantry staples. Not even a salt shaker. Would expect a furnished long-stay apartment to have a few basics at least.

It’s a quiet, professional property. Low key and away from the bustle and noise of the city. Spacious and comfortable. Staff was responsive and easy to communicate with.
