It was a little noisy at times. Could hear TV in room next door but as soon as this was turned off it was fine.

Great location on outskirts of town. A tip for anybody staying is that there is no reception for check in! You have to go into the bar attached to guesthouse! I was a bit confused when I got there. However staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely clean and relatively quiet room. If you need a hairdryer ask when you checking in as they don't leave them in each room. The bar serves breakfast lunch dinner etc if you want food.

Great hotel on the outskirts of Kilkenny. Stephen was a superb host and he couldn't have done anymore for us. Great service , good fun and very obliging .

Nothing much to dislike apart from it being isolated from Kilkenny centre but we knew this when booking.

The bathroom door could not shut completely and the wooden floor made it not quite finished.

Beds were a bit hard for us as we both have bad backs but thats just personal opinion. Food was okay..

Great spot! The food is tastie, the bar is great for sports and the pints are perfect! The rooms are extremely clean and styled very well. Great place to stay altogether.

It requires a short trip via car to get to town if that’s what you intended to do. We drove around a bit so it wasn’t a big deal.

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Super comfortable bed! Best of the three locations we stayed! Dinner was fantastic as well. They let us stay a little later on our checkout to allow us to get ready for a wedding that day!

Walking distance to Kilkenny City Center, about 35-40 minutes. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I loved the bed and the shower. The room was very spacious.

Internet signal was very low making it very slow. Happy to ask for the hairdryer just would have been nicer to have it in the room. Meal was only ok in the evening.

Noise; From our room we could hear the hallway door being opened and closed and it was very loud. Not having carpeted hallways or rooms seem to have exacerbated the sound as we could also very clearly hear people voices whenever they passed through, making it feel a bit like a hostel. It would behoove the property to install some sort of hallway carpeting to mask some of the noise.

Lovely accommodation on the edge of the city. Staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was a problem. I was delighted with the room and the air conditioning, especially with the current hot spell. Rooms were very quite and I could hardly hear a sound all night. I didn't get to try the food in the restaurant as I was meeting friends for dinner in town but hopefully next time.

We didn't have breakfast, but there was no option for porridge or cereals- just a cooked breakfast.

The loction was excellent and the rooms were bright and clean. Its near a supermarket and shops about 5 minutes away by car.
