Needed dry towels. Bin was not emptied. The staff were nice girls but didn't seem to have much information on various questions asked. Only small questions like how to work the heating. We had no tea and coffee in room second day nó toilet roll sorry if this seems petty but more info about Thíngs would have been useful.

We have used travel lodge a lot over the years in England so of course it was our first thought here in Ireland. Staff are very pleasant. Beds good and comfy in our disabled room.

The lack of facilities, the lack of food choices for vegan. A double bed and not two beds pushed together that leave a gap. The price given it's location, lack of fridge/bath etc.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean too.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and the area around the hotel was quiet for a good nights sleep. Parking facilities right outside the door.

The bed sheets in one of the rooms were extremely dirty. Looked like someone has slept in fake tan and the bed was just re-made and not changed.

The bath was small, taller people would not be able to use it comfortably. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were too close to the sink and bath, making using them difficult. The selection of tv channels was very limited. The hotel layout was confusing, a map of the rooms or floor plan would have been a big help. The out of order sign on the screen just at the front door made the place look a bit neglected No drawers in the room made storage difficult. The dispensing machines were credit card only, a problem for us cash carrying types. The sheeting at reception seemed to make communication difficult(as did the tv being on constantly).

Rooms were warm, bright and sizable, the en suite was comfortably sized. The scenery out of the front windows was stunning. The location was just a few miles walk from the city and quite at night. The Tesco across the road was very handy to have so close by. I really appreciated the kettle and fixings a lot/I loved that the room was turned over on my last day, this meant I didn't have to be out of it at a particular time each day.

Hotel was a little noisy. Such as doors slamming as the door closer on a few rooms appeared to have been unscrewed/broken. On the first night one tenant was playing loud music at half past midnight but when i phoned reception about it the staff got him to turn it off immediately. On the second night i was downstairs and the timber floors above were a little noisy, the guest above me was walking back and forth in his room for a few minutes (the guest must have been very heavy as tumping was very loud). However, they stopped after a while and i nodded off the sleep.

Rooms were very clean and staff was excellent. Check in was problem free. When i phoned staff about a noise complaint they addressed it immediately.

Good location, close driving to the center, close by there is a restaurant, petrol station and supermarket which makes it very practical for the trip
