Ridiculously small shower. All night and day whistling noise in the bathroom presumably air conditioning. Lack of saucepans. Worn chairs. Lack of TV stations

Each room had separate keys, so had to use the locker to avoid it get closed, Bathroom are small / shower are tiny for kids size. TV had just 4 channels. Internet was slow

First night, the receptionist broke into our apartment at midnight. She said she was looking for some lost keys... but you can imagine my shock when I got up in the middle of the night and I found somebody inside our apartment... my wife was shocked as well and we couldn't sleep well afterwards. Thanks god, none of our children realised or they would have entered in panick. I went to the reception office next morning to speak with the person in charge but I was not able to reach him/her. I didn't receive any apologies from the person in charge although I left a receptionist my message. Litter bins were not cleaned in our six days stay, nor any part of the apartment was cleaned at all by staff members or towels/linens changed. Some of the walls were not cleaned at all (rubbish was stuck)... the double bed was a 1.5 bed and the pillows were not comfortable at all.

The location was really good for our purposes and it was easy to park our car. Receptionist were friendly and tried to help us. Kitchen was equipped and that's a plus.

Fridge was dirty but staff cleaned it happily and immediately when told . The ensuites are compact so if you are a large person they are a squeeze.

Location great bus stop outside into city centre. Great value for a busy Cork weekend.

An extra pillow is needed as pillows were very dingy and need replacing!

Easy access to the city, bus stop right outside. We each had our own room, bathroom and shower within the apartment that you could lock if needed. There was 4 rooms in total within the apartment, 3 single rooms and 1 double room. Communal kitchen which had everything we needed for our stay, small dinning and living area! We were provided with towels and toiletries which was a nice touch.

basic facilities but we were out and about touring so not in apartment much so basic facilities not a big deal. each bedroom had a key card so had to remember to bring card even when popping out to the kitchen, just the student setup.

Our hot water heater was broken. They sent maintenance up 3 times but he couldn’t fix it. Ultimately reception let us shower in another empty room. Reception had evidently decided to move us to the room with hot water, but the message never got relayed to us. To be fair, we were out and about most of the time. The room we were in needed refurbishment (new paint and carpet).The room we were meant to have had been painted and new carpet (and hot water). All in all, if we had ended up in the intended room, it would have been great, it was just a lack of communication.

The shower didn’t drain in bathroom for room 1. There was a blood stain on the duvet in room 2 and part of the smoke detector was missing.

Location is excellent. Rooms were clean. It felt secure.
