To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I loved the hotel! - the comfortable bed, pillows and blankets - the size of the shower - clean - usefull and cheap minibar - the decoration, the room feels bigger than it actually is - the windows could be widely opened - there is room for your stuff in the toilet and good towel hangers - the good brand of tea and ability to make tea - the sweet cafe where you get breakfast

IsraelFor us everything was perfect, but maybe for some people it may be useful to know: 1. There is no elevator in the hotel. There are only 3 floors there. 2. The airco is a ventilator on the ceiling. We didn’t use it since it was cold. Instead we used a provided portable electrical mini-heater which heated the room very quickly. 3. The luggage storage is a narrow place near the reception desk. It’s not secured, but there is a cam there and also the entrance to the hotel is via a security code.
1. We arrived earlier and it was raining outside. Luckily we could check-in earlier at no extra cost! 2. We booked this hotel to celebrate birthday & wedding anniversary and they arranged such a nice surprise for us in the room! ☺️ 3. The room was super nice: with huge windows and cosy chair. 4. Our breakfast we received in a bag (cause the next morning was Shabbat): sandwiches with cucumber & egg (tasted so tender!) and several different pastries (each of them was INCREDIBLY delicious). We had a coffee machine in the room: it makes coffee from beans and it tasted so good too! 5. On the day of checkout we could leave our bags at the reception while we went for a walk in the area. 6. We received instructions for check-in via e-mail, so we could enter the hotel and the room in case there is nobody at the reception. But when we arrived there was a man who helped us with everything. 7. I called the reception desk twice during our stay and every time they answered immediately and helped with everything.

United KingdomNo lifts. Breakfast is served in the adjoining café. Limited breakfast options, where you will find sandwiches and pastries, coffee and drinks. Staff were hard to find when we had an issue with our room, so had to message them online.
Great central location. For example, 13 minutes walk to Aviv Beach, 7 mins walk to Carmel Market and 17 mins walk to Suzanne Dellal Centre. The hotel is located near many shops and restaurants. The hotel reception is closed between 21.00-07.30am, hence with late arrivals please contact reception in advance, this way they will provide you with instructions for self check-in. Please note that this is vital or else you won't be able to enter the hotel gate and reception door.

CanadaOverall, my I enjoyed my stay but I would have liked warm breakfast options such as soups. I also would have liked fresh fruits but I enjoyed the croissants, sandwiches and pastries.
The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of shops and restaurants even a laundromat which was awesome. The service was great and the premises was secure. I felt safe and very comfortable.

GermanyThe cleaning could have been better, there were a few dirty shirts left in the storage cabinets. The shower always flow into the whole bathroom. The sink was super small. And the TV remote did not work. The AC was old, slow, noisy and dirty.
The location is the main good thing about the hotel. The breakfast is nice, which is provided in a small caffe shop in the hotel. The staff were nice.
