A bit bathrooms renovations will be nice, they are not bed but it could be improve

Room, I got even better room than I booked for the same price, Comfortable wit good bad, good matras, ketel for hot water, coffee machine and small fridge, Bathroom with all towels, bath cosmetics, some rooms have a jacuzzi as well. Unfortunately since the CONVID it not more breakfast serve at the hotel (coffee, thee, and you have option in another hotel just across the street.. Location are perfect. Just walking distance to all places es 50 meters to the beach, 30 meters to the promenade, 10 minutes walk to the Dizingoff centre, 7 minutes walk to famous Caramel Shuk Market, about 20 minutes walk to the Tel Aviv - Yafo. Very good connections with the public transport even from the Ben Gurion airport with the bus about 35 minutes and a very cheep price. Bus 445 going every hour. The location are priceless! Great staff makes you feel like a family. I stayed there for several times and always very happy.

Room was small for three people, the shower needs to be fixed as it comes on too strong and goes everywhere, bed was small my legs hung off the bed

It was our second stay at this hotel. It is very close to the beach and now is completly renovated. You can still park your car in the OperaTower for a decent price which is good regarding there is no parking in Tel Aviv near the beach. We didn't have the breakfast this time for we had to leave very early to get to the airport and only stayed on night.

Had to ring buzzer every time we wanted to enter property. No elevator. Had to carry our bags to our second floor room. No help was offered. 2 of the desk attendants were friendly, the young lady in the desk seemed disinterested in engaging with guests. Hotel was doing repairs in hallway (not mentioned on website) and paint scrapings were scattered in the stairway and the halls. Room smelled strongly of paint. Washroom door did not fully close and there was no latch to keep it close. Shower door did not close properly and water flooded the bathroom floor every time we showered. Additionally, there was no shelf or anywhere else in shower stall to put the shampoo/soap. Finally, the TV in the room was placed at an awkward height, almost to the ceiling, and did not work for over half the time that we were there.

Its was expensive, we expected a bit more from that place. Also price for parking was higher they informed us when we were writing them. What we didn’t like was very arrogant girl on reception next day we were checking out. She didn’t say good morning, was on her phone and answered our questions the way we were bothering her.

The staff wouldn't call a taxi for me, they said I had to go on the street with my luggage (a large suitcase and a holdall) and flag one down. Dreadful. Especially for a woman travelling alone.

Except from changing the towels and emptying trash, the room was not cleaned. Cleaning the floor from time to time would be nice. The room was small, without any table nor chairs.

Close to the beach, close to carmel market, close to shopping and restaurants. Having a balcony was also nice. Nice terrace at the roof top. Nice and helpful personnel (at least some of them).

Apart from the location everything else is barely acceptable: bath tub was dirty, breakfast overpriced, wifi constantly disconnects etc. I guess everything in Tel Aviv is expensive, but we still expected more for the money. No problem with price if the amenities were better
