I arrived later in the day and it took a long time to get through to someone as I didn't receive self checkin details. There were no instructions on how to lock the door so my room wag unlocked everyone I left it. I want top concerned as I didn't have any valuables but there should be flat and accessible instructing on how to lock the door. Lastly, whilst the shower was great, the taps are positioned in a way that you can expect to get wet turning on the shower prior to adjusting the temperature.

Great location and ambience. The room had a nice feel and was quite inviting. It's quite a lovely little place but don't expect to do much there aside from sleep. Very comfortable bed and bedding.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of Neve Tzedek. Communication with the management could not have been better. They responded immediately every time I had a question and went above and beyond to be accommodating.

The process of leaving the apartment and locking it was a bit confusing and took a few minutes to figure out. Great. restaurants and stores in the vicinity. Fast WiFi connection.

This accomodation was amazing and I recommend it. The staff was welcoming and helpful from begginig 'till the end. The apartment have everything you need for a comfortable and long stay, the bed was super comfortable, shower was perfect, and we were greet with a nice surprise when we arrived, from the host. They have great products (very diversed bathroom products, kitchen with coffee, tea, sugar, etc.) Also, the apartment is very stylish, with good taste, and is very clean. Location is also great, in a good area with shops, restaurants, 10 minutes walking from the beach. We can't wait to come back and stay longer.

This is an outstanding property. One of my favorites in all my travels! The balcony was worth the upgrade and additional cost. Truly beautiful. Staff were also helpful with pre-check in, throughout my stay and also after holding my bags so that I could see a final few sites before leaving TLV.

Loved it all!

This was such an incredible surprise. We arrived early and the host accommodated us with speeding up the check in. The room was immaculate and well stocked! When we had a problem with hot water we texted and within minutes the problem was solved! Anytime we reached out to management we would get an efficient and accurate response! This was one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve ever had! We strongly recommend staying here!

Only slight down side is the sofa bed wasn't big. There was 4 of us and the two in the sofa bed definitely weren't as comfortable but that's to be expected but something to keep in mind if it's a group.

Location of this apartment was amazing, lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby and easy to get to the beach and the rest of the city. The space was spotless and well equipped. Air con was great.

There are many apartments next to the building so privacy was a bit of an issue, but with blinds and curtains closed it didn’t bother me too much
