Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelThat we did not have enough time to stay more than one night.
Anka is a wonderful hostess. There is always cake and fruit available to you at the bar. And Anka even brought us coffee while we waited for our room, which we checked into at 1 pm, two hours before the usual time. We also left an hour and a half later than the usual time the next morning. Anka says, "We want you to feel like this is your home." The location is excellent with free underground parking. Just let them know your license plate number so when you arrrive you can just drive right in. You are a five minute walk from the mall in one direction and a fifteen minute walk to the beach in the other, passing all of Nahariya's restaurants and shops along the way. Should you wish to arrive by train, the station is immediately below the hotel.

United KingdomEverything was great. It’s good value for money.
Casa Hotel is a lovely gem in the northern town of Nahariya. It is conveniently located at the entrance to the town, just above the train station. The decor is very special and unique. The hotel is very clean. The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious, include a nicely equipped kitchen, with complementary tea and coffee. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean. Each floor is decorated differently and tastefully. The pool looks nice too though sadly wasn’t usable when I visited.

United StatesThere was a heavy smell of smoke in the hallways and the rooftop lounge. The room we slept in and lobby area smelled fine but we basically could not even enter the rooftop lounge because the smoke smell was overwhelming.
The Israeli breakfast was fantastic. There was a huge variety and the staff were wonderful. The rooftop pool was terrific as well.

IsraelCoffee at breakfast was the cheap instant elite coffee. You should offer percolated coffee or granulated instant coffee.
Very nice boutique hotel at the entrance to the main street of Nahariya. We only stayed one night, but the room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of options to eat, which is typical for an Israeli breakfast.

United StatesConfusing to find (it's floors 3-9 of the building) and they have an arrangement with a parking lot next door but that's not obvious. Urban area 6 blocks or so from the beach
Nice rooms, engaging decor, great included breakfast, excellent location right near the mall and arena on one side and the strip of restaurants headed all the way to the beach. Rooms have a fridge and microwave

IsraelNothing comes to mind.
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived: The location is incredibly central and right by the train station. Super close to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. The staff was amazing, very attentive and went above and beyond to assist us with everything that we needed. The room and common areas of the hotel were very clean. The decor was beautiful and set a very inviting feel. Breakfast was amazing and we want to send a special thanks to Sandy, the kitchen manager, who was very kind and prepared such amazing food! We would definitely come back!

IsraelEverything was perfect.
The hotel was in the perfect location, 40 meters from the train station and 10 mins from the beach. We were greeted nicely by the front desk staff including Liat, who was friendly and smiley and helpful throughout our stay. Beds and overall room was comfortable and nice sized, very clean and nice views from the window all the way out towards the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful and included a variety of salads, cheeses and breads and our choice of hot and cold drinks and omelet. The waitress was very friendly and nice. We spent the morning at the rooftop pool, which was clean and relatively quiet. Towels were in abundance and the lifeguard was friendly as well.
