How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Everything was good
Very good quite hotel with great breakfast. The room was clean. We got nice chocolate and espresso as a gift from the hotel. It was nice stay.

My husband and I went to Prima City for a quick getaway and it did not disappoint. We went for Shabbat and booked dinner and breakfast. The hotel was Shabbat friendly and the food was excellent! The staff was pleasant and helpful, the hotel was clean and right near the beach. No complaints. We will definitely go back!

The water wasnt really hot the way I like it 🤣 They were hot but more like lukewarm
Everything was great, lovely room, comfortable beds, delicious food, both breakfast and dinner were excellent, perfect location. A small and friendly hotel with a welcoming staff. Amazing price for Tel Aviv.

Great location in Tel Aviv, very close to the sea and walking distance to many important places in the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially restaurant manager and receptionist. Very good israeli breakfast. I hope to return.

The room and specially the bathroom are small.
The breakfast was really good and with many options. Every day there was a new dish or one differently prepared. Close to the beach, aprox. 5 min walk. At walking distance (10-15 min) to an area with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and other services.

This is an unpretentious hotel with great staff. Our studio was well appointed and had a sea view which we had not expected. The breakfast is terrific with a huge choice. The hotel is near the beach and they will give you beach towels. The lobby is quiet unlike that of many Israeli hotels.

bed lamp is connecte4d electrically to hall light so cant turnoff one without the other, movable shower head didnt work, food just good not more , would have like yoghurts for breakfast, fresh fruit that was ripe and not very hard
staff was great, very helpful, changed our room to lower floor as per our request, didnt charge us extra for staying til nightfall (tho it was originally stipulated), garage under hotel, easily accessible, help came immediately when there was a problem re a.c.' great fridg (best we ever had), really cold, very many outlets, much appreciated box of chocolates.

I booked twin beds and our room had a double bed so after taking all our cases upstairs we had to change rooms.This was disappointing

The position of this hotel is the best for the beaches ,bars ,restaurants . We loved the warm reception and easy checking the staff. Small rooms but very modern and tastefully done. New bathroom and very comfy beds. The Breakfast is amazing with so many choices from fresh cheeses , salads , humus , fruits , juices to hot dishes of shakshuka etc. The food and beverage manager Mr Sudani makes sure all your needs are taken care of . We would rate him and his breakfasts as the best. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel with all its wonderfull staff.
