The layout of the building is such that the hotel occupies the lower part and it seems that the upper part is private apartments. So we actually go down to the rooms and up to the lobby, all the while knowing that there are upper floors that are not part of the hotel. Maybe its just psychological but the whole layout seems a bit wierd. Well partitioned but still, never seen that before and doesn't add to the experience. Another small thing is all the decorations related to a cruise line or shipping company (or both). Feels a little random and makes it seem like the purpose of the hotel is to serve other needs and that in between they rent rooms for the festival-goers. Again these are mostly psychological trips, but in the end the multi-use deisgn of the buildng and the emphasis on the cruise / shipping line make one feel like the hotel part is somehow an afterthought designed to recoup money, not the real purpose of being there

Hotel was clean and room was well appointed. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was awesome. Overall a great stay - the important stuff was well done (cleanliness and size/comfort of the bed) and small stuff was also very nice (excellent, soft towels). We had a nice view of the port side, not sure if the other side of the building has beach views but if so would have been nice. Our stay was during the intermediate days of Sukkot and while there was no minyan for prayers, the sukkah was very big, well decorated and properly constructed. We stayed for the Haifa film festival which was very close, so overall location is excellent for that venue. Definitely would stay here again, thank you Mirabelle!

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it has an indoor pool and hot tub. The website did not say that it was only open until 6 pm. We did not arrive until 530 pm and we had to leave for a meeting early in the morning. We were disappointed at not being able to enjoy the facilities as advertised. The facilities were very good. I would have appreciated softer towels!

The rooms need updating. The bathroom’s definitely need updating. The bathtub/shower is very difficult to get in and out of. In general the rooms look a bit tired and rundown. We have stayed here many times over the years. Refreshing is needed.

The bathroom doesn't really fit the overall vibe, it's quite small and cramped, the bathtub was very slippery and small, however everything was clean, so it's ok.

The room was great and the view was outstanding, a perfect choice for a romantic date with your partner. The breakfast was on an acceptable level, however would be happy to see less sweet food and more meat options, the coffee and other drinks were good though.

THERE WAS NO COMMUNAL MICROWAVE TO WARM UP ANY LEFTOVERS THAT WE GOT FROM THE RESTAURANTS, AND THE MATTRESS COVER HAD SOME STAINS ON IT.

THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF FOOD CHOICES. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE "DAN TO GO " BOX PROVIDED ON THE DAY OF OUR EARLY DEPARTURE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND PLEASANT, WAKING UP TO VIEW OF THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA EACH MORNING WAS SPECTACULAR.

The place is a bit old, and there is not a lot to do around in the evening, If you want to get to the beach, you need to walk 5-10 min to the bus station and take a bus (approx 40 min drive) Overall we enjoyed the place

The breakfast was exceptional, and the view was astonishing! The room was nice comfortable, and clean. The pool is a bit old but very nice (inside pool) YOu have a dry and wet sauna, the dry sauna is a bit small but nice. Overall good experience

The breakfasts options are limited. No salmon, not many options of hot dishes. The worst was that the door of the room was not working. I complained about this in the morning of the second night, but nothing was done when I came back in the night. So all my stuff in the room was unlocked for the entire day. Additionally there were long hairs in the shower…. Facilities are outdated.

The breakfast is good. The view of the bay from the room is great. Note that the breakfast in this hotel used to be outstanding. Now unfortunately the breakfast is not as good as it used to be, the orange juice is NOT freshly prepared.

Beds didn't quite work for us - we both have bad backs. Tiny pool, better suited to goldfish. Limited breakfast choices - little in the way of fresh fruit.

I'd like to single out Hala at reception for going the extra mile - indeed, several extra miles - throughout our stay.

We booked for one night, but we enjoyed very much. The location is very nice, near restaurants and one step from bus station. We had sea view room and even it was raining, the sea and the port view are wonderful. We relaxed a lot in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi. Mr. MUNDER and Mr. ORWA from the hotel reception are extremely kind and professional. The hotel is very quiet. Very good breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, except one older grumpy and unwelcoming lady in the spa. Breakfast could be better with more variety.
